Suspect was found asleep in his vehicle, in westbound traffic. The vehicle was on and the vehicle was in neutral. The suspect exhibited several signs of intoxication. The suspect was arrested and a breath test yielded a 1.5% breath alcohol percentage.

Stolen Items: 2 safes, .22 caliber revolver, .357 revolver, 2 gold plated horse shoe shaped diamond rings, 3 sets of binoculars, approximately $30,256 estimated value of items.
Victim reported that on 6/10/10, between 700am to 500pm, unknown persons broke into his house and stole the above items. There were no signs of forced entry into the home. This case is still under investigation.

On 06-11-10 a family member went to check on the victim because he had not been seen in a couple of days. After making entry to the victim's residence he was found face down in his bathroom dead. The cause of death is unknown at this time and the case is under investigation.

Victim reported that at 12:40 PM when he arrived at his residence he saw an Hispanic male exiting his residence through the front door. When he asked the suspect what he was doing there , the suspect fled the area in a gold van. No other description given.

Location: residence off of Wildflower Way, Santa Fe, NM (Las Campanas)
Between 5/18/10 and 6/10/10 victim stated that his residence was burglarized. Victim stated that the cleaning lady found the rear door forced open and 2 TV's stolen from within. Several areas of the residence were rummaged through. Estimated value of items taken is $800.00. Unknown if anything else was taken. Victim will make a list if he notices anything else taken.

On 6/9/10 victim stated sometime between the hours of 0930 and 1130 unknown persons burglarized his residence. Forced entry into the victim's residence was through an unlocked screened east side window. Once inside the residence burglars stole 3 handguns, a rifle, a 36" flatscreen TV, a digital camera and a Toshiba laptop computer. Estimated value of items taken is $6320.00.

Stolen Items: $300 cash, skateboard and Louis Vuitton Wallet.
Arrested: Taylor Dimas DOB: 9/3/91
The victim stated that the above suspect met up with him while he was walking downtown. The suspect took him to Bishop’s Lodge area. The suspect took out a gun and robbed the victim of the above items. The suspect did not personally know the victim. The suspect was located and arrested.

Suspect: Orlando Torrez, age 24, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Assault by Prisoner
On 6/9/10 victim stated that he was battered by suspect while he was attempting to hand out a commissary bag. Victim is a corrections officer at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Suspect struck victim with a closed fist multiple times in the head and face. Suspect was then charged and rebooked into the jail.

On 6/9/10 victim noticed that there were two transactions on her account in which she did not recognize. Victim stated that she went to Egypt for vacation last year in November and December. Victim stated that she used her ATM card for spending. Victim stated that on one of the transactions it was to Elghamdi Estableharm for $440.69 and the other was to Pyramids tiroli6th Octo1oegeg for $1233.92. Victim stated that she does not know how the suspects obtained her ATM card information. Victim cancelled her account and bank card. Estimated value of transactions on account was $1674.61.
