Above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane. He exhibited numerous signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. He refused to submit to a blood draw and was subsequently booked into ADC.

Stolen: Bottle of Ursus Vodka, Bottle of Select Vodka, Bottle of Jose Cuervo Special Reserve, Bottle of Chrome Legend Cologne

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a burglary. Victim advised that suspect was scene leaving the residence by his father. Suspect gained entry into the residence through an unlocked side door. Victim stated that the above items were taken from his residence valued at about $170.00. Case is under investigation

Stolen: 2006 Toyota Tacoma pickup with Silver Camper Shell. Value of $21000.00

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Upon arrival it was determined that the suspect was to return the vehicle to the victim but never did. The vehicle was entered into NCIC and the case is under investigation

0n 06-01-10 a female entered the polling place at the above location and started taking pictures of the people filling out their voting ballots. When approached and advised that she was not allowed to do that she got aggressive towards the judge in charge of the voting precinct. She was advised to delete her photos and she made some obscene gestures towards the judge and threatened him with bodily harm. When she was advised that the Sheriff's Dept. was on the way she left the area.
