Suspect:  28 year old female

On 6/18/10 victim stated that his bank contacted him and advised him of some charges on his credit card.  Victim stated that suspect opened 4 credit cards in his (victim's)  name and that the suspect was an authorized secondary user.  It is unknown exactly how much was charged on the credit cards.

Victim reports that her exboyfriend sold her vehicle to an unknown person without her permission. The location of the vehicle is unknown. It is described as a white in color 1991 Ford F-150, bearing NM LJA099.

Sometime between 6/19/10 at 1700 hours and 6/20/10 at 0800 hours unknown person(s) unlawfully took the victim's 1995 green in color Toyota Avalon from the parking lot of Casa Rufina.  Estimated value of the vehicle is $5000.00.

Victim reported that someone opened a Target credit card account in her name and made two purchases totaling $1019.00.  The identity of the suspect was unknown at the time of report.

Location:  residence off of Camino Capilla Vieja, Santa Fe, NM(La Cienega)

Suspect:  75 year old man, Santa Fe, NM

On 6/20/10 victim confronted the suspect who was cleaning out the acequias behind victim's residence.  Victim stated that when he asked suspect what he was doing and suspect began cursing at him and at one point thrust the shovel he was using in the direction of the victim.  Suspect stated that he is in charge of the acequias and was working on cleaning them and stated he never threatened anyone.

Suspect: Benito Lovato  Age: 40  Las Vegas NM

Deputy conducted traffic stop on I-25 for traffic lane violation.  Passenger Benito Lovato concealed identity when being issued citation for seatbelt violation.  Benito Lovato had an outstanding Bench Warrant for his arrest out of Bernalillo County and was arrested and booked into SF CO. Detention.

Suspect: Eddie Sanchez  Age: 36  Santa Fe

Deputies responded to domestic dispute on Calle Lazo Errante.  Upon arrival deputies learned that Eddie Sanchez had battered a household member causing minor injury.  Sanchez was booked into SF. CO. Detention without incident.
