Case#: 0210005129/ Burglary, Larceny/ Date: 06/22/10

Location:  either 4129 South Meadows or 4000 La Carrera, Santa Fe, NM (off of Airport Road)

On 6/22/10 victim advised that she was moving from one apartment complex to the other and that her purse was stolen from inside the vehicle.  She stated that she left her vehicle unlocked.  Victim stated that inside her purse was a driver's license, a Visa Credit card, Community Bank checks, a target gift card and $200.00.  Victim stated that this occurred between 1615 and 1800 hours on 6/21/10.  Estimated value of items taken is about $305.00.

0210005144/ Driving While License Suspended or Revoked/ 06-22-10

Deputy Assigned: B. Markely

Commander Entering: Corp. J. Rodriguez

Location: Interstate 25 mile marker 268 (Northbound)

Arrested: Joseph Salazar age: 37

Charges: Driving on a Suspended or Revoked License, Possession  of Drug Paraphenalia, Mandatory Proof of Financial Responsibility, and Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic

On 06-22-10 a traffic stop was conducted on a 1997 Chevy S-10 truck bearing NM 334PRA, after the vehicle was observed failing to maintain it's lane of travel. During the stop it was learned that the driver currently has 69 active suspensions on his driving record. The driver was also unable to provide proof of insurance. The driver was found to be in possession of a glass pipe with marijuana residue. The driver was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

0210005137 Burglary 6/22/10

Location: Bishops Lodge Rd (Tesuque)

Stolen Items: Rings, phone clothing and jewelry boxes, valued at $19,000

The victim stated that unknown persons entered her home through an open door and took the above items. The victim stated that the balcony door was open. There are no suspects at this time.

Case#: 0210005100/ Aggravated Assault on a household member, Battery on a household member/ Date: 06/21/10

Deputy assigned:  Deputy Andrew Quintana

Commander entering:  Sgt. Linda Ortiz

Location:  4 Berrendo, Santa Fe, NM (Silverado subdivision)

Suspect:  Hector Ahumada, age 46, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Aggravated assault on a household member w/deadly weapon, Battery on a household member

On 6/21/10 deputies responded to the above address in reference to a domestic call.  Victim called 911 and stated she and her husband(suspect) were fighting.  Suspect barricaded himself in the residence.  Deputies gained access into the residence and located suspect inside the bedroom.  Victim stated that suspect held a knife to her throat and that he had also struck her.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

0210005110 Burglary

Location: Camino Torcido Loop (La Cienega area)

Stolen: 32” TV, 2 iPods, Seiko mens watch, Dell Laptop, HP Touch smart

Victim reported that on this date sometime between 7:45am and 4:00pm some unknown person(s) removed the east window screen. The suspects entered the above residence and stole the above items valued at about $3350.00. This incident is currently under investigation.

Location: Paycheck lane (La Cienega area) Santa Fe NM

Stolen: ruger 10/22, Mosin Nagant bolt action rifle, Mossberg Model 535 12 gauge, martin .22 cal rifle, assorted ammunition, Milwaukee saw, Craftsman saw, 4 hunting bows, valued at $3000.00

Victim reported that on this date at about 7:00am his neighbor notified him that his front door was open. Victim returned home and found the west window forced open. The above listed items were stolen valued at about $3000.00 this incident is currently under investigation.

Location: Samaniego lane (Lamy NM area)

Stolen: 4 rolls of film negatives

Victim reported that on March 15 2010 some unknown person unlawfully entered his residence and stole 4 sets of film negatives. Victim believes the unknown suspects had a key to his residence and was only after the 4 rolls of film. Victim could not estimate the value of the film at this time.

Location: East Via Plaza Nueva (La Tierra area)

Stolen: Ray Ban Sunglasses ($65), Verizon Phone Charger ($35), 3- CD's ($45) 1 - Hands Free Headset$29

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to an auto burglary. Upon arrival it was determined that unknown person(s) gained entry to the above listed vehicle through an unlocked door. The above items were taken from the vehicle. This incident is under investigation.

0210005113 Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle

Location: West Cochiti (south fork area)

Stolen: White/blue 2000 Ford F350 pickup truck. Value $13000.000

Victim reported that on 6/17/2010 some unknown person stole his wrecked pickup truck. Victim stated he did not report the incident because he believed the vehicle had been repossessed by the Credit Union. Victim stated he also saw some tire track near where his truck was parked and believed they were from some sort of a Tow Truck. A stolen vehicle affidavit was signed and the vehicle was entered into NCIC.

Case#: 0210005096/ Burglary, Larceny/ Date: 06/21/10

Location:  2300 block of Casa Rufina, Santa Fe, NM (off of Rufina)

On 6/21/10 victim reported that unknown persons gained unauthorized entry into her vehicle by prying open a rear window and unlocking the door.  Once inside the suspects stole a Sony car stereo and 15 CD's.  Estimated value of items taken is $380.00.  Victim stated that this occurred between 1200 and 0900 hours.
