On 6/24/10 victim stated that 2 years ago she was looking for a class ring and a dinner ring and could find them.  She stated that she also purchased a large quantity of clothing and stored them in her closet.  She stated that she began looking for the pants and could not locate them.  Victim stated that she has had several other items missing but have shown up later.  Estimated value of items taken is $1143.00.

Stolen: 2-12 inch Pioneer Speakers and 2 gold rings

Value: $150.00

On 06-23-10 the victim reported that between 12:00pm and 3:00pm, an unknown suspect entered his residence and stole the above items. Entry was gained by forcing open the front door with a pry tool. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On 06-24-10 a traffic stop was conducted on a maroon in color Chevy Blazer, after it was observed failing to stop at the above intersection. During the stop it was observed that the driver displayed signs of intoxication. The driver submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Test and was subsequently placed under arrest. The driver submitted to a breath test with a result of .11/.11 BrAC. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 06-23-10 a traffic stop was conducted on a gray in color Nissan Altima, after it was reported traveling the wrong way on Interstate 25. During the stop it was observed that the driver displayed signs of intoxication. The driver submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Test and was subsequently placed under arrest. The driver submitted to a breath test with a result of .29/.29 BrAC. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 06-23-10 a traffic stop was conducted on a silver in color Chevy Cavalier, after it was observed stiking a fixed object at the Allsup's (Casistas) in Santa Fe. During the stop it was observed that the driver displayed signs of intoxication. The driver submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Test and was subsequently placed under arrest. The driver submitted to a breath test with a result of .15/.13 BrAC. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Stolen: Sanyo Flat screen, Sony Playstation III, Sony Games, Valued at $500.
The victim reported that unknown person broke into his home and took the above items. The home was entered through a open window. No suspect information is available.
 

0210005184 Agg Assault on Household Member 6/23/10

Arrested: Brad Boltinghouse DOB: 8/27/60 Charges: Aggravated Assault on a Household Member
The above suspect was intoxicated and brandished a knife on his father. He then made a statement, threatening to kill his father. The suspect also battered his father by pushing him physically fighting with him. The fight took place as the father tried to stop him from driving while he was intoxicated.

Suspect:  David Gallegos, age 41, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Aggravated Battery on a household member

On 6/23/10 victim stated that at about 0130 hours suspect had battered her.  Victim stated that suspect punched her in the nose, choked her and then body slammed her to the ground.  Victim was seen by medics and then transported over to St. Vincent Hospital.  Suspect was located, arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location:  residence off of Via Plaza Nueva, Santa Fe, NM (Aldea subdivision)

On 6/23/10 victim stated that she reported an auto burglary to a Deputy on 6/21/10 in which an unknown person took a garage door opener.  Victim stated that today she noticed  performance clothing missing from inside her garage.  She estimated the value to be over $75,000.00.

Location:  residence off of Canada Ancha, Chimayo, NM (off of State Road 76)

Suspect:  22 year old male, Chimayo, NM

On 6/22/10 at about 1300 hours, a neighbor had seen a subject go into a residence through a window and called law enforcement.  The neighbor made contact with the suspect who was later identified as the grandson of the owner.  The victim stated that nothing appeared to be taken from the residence.  Victim stated that his grandson did not have permission to be inside the residence but did not want to pursue the matter.  There was no damage to the window.
