Suspect was placed under arrest after he refused to move some vehicles that were obstructing a water well that needed to be worked on. He was given a lawful order by a Deputy Sheriff and still refused to do so.

Victim reported that sometime between 01:00 AM and 12:30 PM this date someone forced entry to his vehicle and stole the stereo system.

Charges: Assault against a household member, Criminal damage to property and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer
On 06-25-10 Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival it was learned that the above suspect had been involved in a verbal argument with a family member. The victim stated that the above subject had thrown rocks at her as she was getting into her vehicle. The rocks struck the victims vehicle causing minor damage. When Deputies attempted to place the above subject under arrest he resisted and had to be physically restrained. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Jail and booked accordingly.

Charges: Driving While License is Suspended or Revoked, No Insurance, and Driving on Roadway Laned for Traffic
On 06-24-10 a traffic stop was conducted on a green in color Chevy Pickup, after the vehicle was observed failing to maintain it's lane of travel. During the stop it was learned that the driver's license was revoked with the arrest clause. The driver was also unable to provide proof of insurance. The driver was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Stolen: Various costume jewelry ranging from $40 to $200 each.
On the above date victim reported that unknown person entered his home through a rear door, which was not locked. Victim reported the above items were taken. The victim was a costume jewelry dealer. The victim stated that she will compile a list of stolen items at a later date. There are no suspects at this time.

On the above date victim reported that unknown person entered his home through a large doggie door. Victim reported the above items were taken. There is no suspects at this time.

The above female was arrested via two District Court Warrants. The warrants were served without incident.

Location: residence off of Camino Demitrio, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)
On 6/24/10 between 0800 and 1200 hours victim left his residence and returned to find his residence burglarized. Victim stated that suspects gained entry through a partially opened window in the master bedroom. Victim stated that suspects took 2 handguns, 2 rifles, a 46" Sony flatscreen TV and 2 diamond rings. Estimated value of items taken is $9,800.00. There was no damage to the window.

Location: 1300 block of Vista Colorado, Santa Fe, NM (Off of Camino La Tierra)
On 6/24/10 deputy responded to an alarm check in which the key holder arrived on scene and discovered the front door damaged. An interior check of the residence was conducted and a laptop computer was found missing. Estimated value of the laptop is $1500.00. Estimated damage amount is $2000.00.
