On 07-06-10 the victim reported that after being booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on an unrelated charge, she was sexually assaulted by another female inmate. This matter is currently under investigation.

Arrested: Eusemia Rodriguez, age 31 Santa Fe NM

Contact was made with the above listed person during the investigation of a possible crime. Suspect gave Deputy a fake name and was later identified as above listed person, having two outstanding bench warrants. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim reported that on this date at about 4:00pm he was assaulted and battered by two male subjects. Victim stated he was struck on the right leg and across the bridge of his nose with a metal pipe. Victim stated one of the suspects then pointed a black revolver at him and left the area. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Suspect: Jason Vasey  Age: 29  Albq.

Jason Vasey was involved in a non-injury motor vehicle crash on Hwy 14 in the town of Madrid.  He was found to be impaired and driving on a Revoked License for a prior DWI conviction.  He was arrested for Aggravated DWI with a BAC of .16 or greater and booked into the SF Co. Jail.  His vehicle was seized pursuant to the Santa Fe County DWI Seizure Ordinance.

Victim was found dead in his residence at 6:30 AM this date by his spouse. Victim was released from the hospital yesterday after being treated for emphysema and cancer. No suspicious circumstances and case is still under investigation.

Suspect:  Florie Etaste Sandoval, 50, Albuquerque, NM

Charged:  DWI, Open Container

On 7-3-2010 at 11:37 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location.  The suspect was stopped at a DWI Check Point.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test.  There were three open cans of Budweiser beer located in the vehicle.
