On 7/7/10, suspect was driving a 2003 Dodge Neon, bearing NM plate# JCP-402, and was stopped for an expired license plate. Suspect was found to be impaired, and was arrested, charged, and booked accordingly.

0210005605/ Resisting or Obstructing a Police Officer/ 07-08-10

Location: State Road 599 mile post 10 (Santa Fe)

Charges: Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Speeding, and No Driver's License

Arrested: Alejandro Zamora- Gallegos age: 21

On 07-07-10 the above individual was observed operating a 2000 Ford Mustang. The vehicle was observed traveling at a high rate of speed, which was verified by radar at 80mph in a posted 55mph zone. Deputy  Martinez initiated a traffic stop at which time the vehicle continued on Stae Road 599. The vehicle then turned south on Camino de los Montoyas where he was finally stopped. The driver was unable to provide a driver's license, proof of insurance, and had the wrong plate displayed on the vehicle. The driver was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Charges: Aggravated DWI (REFUSAL) 3rd Offense/Vehicle seized under County Ordinance

On 7/8/10 suspect was involved in some type of domestic dispute on Caminito Quintana, and left the area in a 2001 Chev S-10 pk, bearing NM plate# 970-PFG. Suspect was located, and stopped. Driver found to be impaired, and was arrested, charged, and booked accordingly.

Suspect/arrested: Theresa Quintana-3601 Luna Y Sol AGE 43

Charges: Aggravated DWI (REFUSAL) Roadways laned for traffic

On 7/8/10, Suspect was driving a 2002 Toyota Tacoma PK, bearing NM plate# DLG-021, and was stopped for weaving. Suspect was found to be impaired, was arrested, charged, and booked accordingly. Suspect refused a breath test.

Suspect was arrested at his residence without incident

0210005598 Aggravated Assault / Battery on a House Hold Member

Location: Aspen Loop (Airport Road area)

Arrested: Greg Smith, age 23 Santa Fe NM

The above listed suspect was arrested for the above listed charges after assaulting the victims with a knife, and battering his girlfriend. Suspect was also charged with possession of a control substance and booked accordingly.
 

0210005601 Aggravated Assault / Aggravated DWI

Location: Reata Road (west Frontage Road area)

Arrested: Darin Frazier, age 43 Santa Fe NM

Victim reported that the above listed suspect lunged at her with a box cutter type knife during an argument. Suspect threatened to kill himself as well as the victim. Suspect then fled the area and was located parked on NM 599. Suspect was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for the above listed charges.
 

Case#: 0210005562/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 07/06/10

Location:  6000 block of Agua Fria, Santa Fe, NM (lower Agua Fria)

On 7/6/10 victim stated that her vehicle was burglarized while it was parked at the above location.  Victim stated that between 7/2/10 at 1630 hours and 7/5/10 at 0800 hours someone forcefully pried the passenger door open and stole several hand tools from within.  Estimated value of items taken is pending.  Estimated damage amount is also pending. No suspects at this time.

Case#: 0210005531/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 07/06/10

Location:  residence off of Cibola Circle, Santa Fe, NM (Hondo Hills)

On 7/6/10 victim advised that his residence was burglarized sometime between 6/24/10 and 6/28/10.  Victim stated that unknown persons broke the window and entered the residence into the southwest bedroom.  Victim stated that unknown persons took an MAC G-5 computer tower and an Apple Monitor.  Victim also stated that his Burton snowboard was taken from the garage.  Estimated value of items taken is about $3900.00.

 

Case#: 0210005563/ Breaking and Entering, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 07/06/10

Location:  residence off of Calle San Martin, Santa Fe, NM (off of Tano Road)

On 7/6/20 reporting person stated that sometime between the hours of 1300 on 7/1/10 and 1400 hours today unknown person(s) forced entry into the residence.  Entry was gained through the west side patio door.  A glass with wood plank door was damaged.  Reporting person stated that nothing appeared to have been stolen.  Estimated damage amount is about $500.00.
