Stolen: 32” Samsung flat screen TV, Strong Box

On this date victim reported between 7:30am and 4:50pm an unknown person(s) used an unknown pry tool to pry open the front bedroom window and enter aforementioned residence. The unknown person(s) ransacked the residence and took above items. Valued at about $250.00

Stolen: Misc Jewelry, Laptop computer, $5000 in dimes

Victim reported that on this date sometime between 1:00pm and 3:00pm some unknown person burglarized her residence. The suspects pried open a front window and stole the above listed items, Valued at about $20000.00.

Victim reported that on 05-14-2010 between the hours of 8:30 a.m and 11:30 a.m. an unknown person(s) gained unlawful (no force) entry into her residence.  Stolen from inside the residence was 32" Panasononic flat screen TV, Jewelry box with misc. jewelry, and 3 credit cards.  No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

Victim reported that on 05-14-2010 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 1:20 p.m. an unknown person gained unlawful (unforced) entry into his residecne and stole a 32" Toshiba flat screen TV and a Quest Modem.  No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Victim reports she was forced to perform oral sex at a party by a co-worker at location in Pojoaque on 5/11/10. At the time of this report on 5/15/10, the suspect had not yet been located for interview. The investigation into this matter is still ongoing.

Victim reported that on this date sometime between 11:50am and 1:20pm some unknown person burglarized her residence. The above listed items were stolen from the residence valued at about $1000.00. Unlawful entry was made by forcing open a side door.

Arrested: Kenneth Sandoval - age 43, Ranchos De Taos, NM

The above driver was stopped for failing to stop at a stop sign. He exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. He submitted to a blood draw at St. Vincent's Hospital and the results are pending.

victim reports he cashed a check for another person at his bank and withdrew nearly $3000.00 giving the money to the suspect.  The check was later found to be counterfeit.  Case is under investigation.

Location Of Incident:Old Las Vegas Highway / US Highway 285

Suspect: Pending

On 05-13-10 the victim reported that sometime between 05-12-10 4:00 PM and 05-13-10 08:00 AM someone broke in to his utility trailer and stole several tools. Entry was gained by cutting the pad lock off the hasp on the trailer door.
