On 5-11-2010 at 9:45 PM, person(s) unknown gained entry to the vehicle while it was parked at a residence at the location through an unlocked door.  Once entry was gained person(s) unknown removed a TV/CD Player.

Suspect: Jesus Portillo  Age: 27   Santa Fe

Victim arrived home and found the suspect in his home rummaging through a closet.  Various electronics and tools had already been gathered by suspect for theft.  Suspect had entered home by force through window and once inside armed himself with a Large Bowie knife which he also intended to steal.  Suspect was apprehended by deputies inside of the home and booked without incident.

Missing:  James Bohlman   Age: 47     6'3" 195 Lbs    Santa Fe

On this date, James Bohlman was reported missing.  He was last seen on 5/10/10 at about 9:00pm and may be driving a white in color Lexus LX470 Suv with unknown NM License Plate.  He may be suicidal and traveling toward Colorado.

On 5/11/10, information was received that suspect was staying at a local hotel. Suspect was located and arrested without incident , served with both warrants, and booked accordingly.

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit: Cocaine

Arrested: Adrian Chavez age:30

On 05-10-10 Deputy responded to the above location in reference to a Drug Overdose. Upon making contact with Jail Staff, it was learned that the above individual was in possession of a brown substance. The substance was field tested positive as Heroin. The individual was charged accordingly.

Charges Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit Cocaine, Battery

on 05-08-10 Deputies responded to a fight in progress at the above location. Upon their arrival, it was learned that the above subject was involved in a physical altercation with another male. The above individual was found to be in possession of a folded one dollar bill, which contained a white powdery substance. The substance was field tested with a positive reaction for cocaine. The subject was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Charges: D.W.I. Receiving or Transferring a stolen vehicle, Driving on a Revoked License

On 05-09-2010 the above individual was stopped for no having working tail lamps. Upon running the license plate through dispatch it was learned that the vehicle had been reported stolen to the Santa Fe Police Dept. on 05-08-2010. Upon making contact with the driver he displayed signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
