Sometime between 03-28-10 and 04-09-10 someone forced entry to the victim's RV trailer by breaking the latch off the door. Once entry was gained the suspect stole several tools valued at $400.00.

On 4-10-2010 at 2:39 AM the suspect was in control of the vehicle parked facing north on the south bound shoulder. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test.

On 04-09-10 a traffic stop was conducted on a 2000 Toyota Echo, after the driver failed to turn the brights off as uncoming traffic approached. Upon making contact with the driver, it was learned that the driver displayed signs of impairment. The driver submitted to Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and was subsequently placed under arrest. The driver was given a chemical test with the result being .11/.11 BrAC. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Victim reported that sometime between 7:45am and 5:45pm this date, an unknown person(s) took off his west side bedroom window and stole the above items, Valued at about $297.

Loction: T. Anna lane, Santa Fe NM
Deputies responded to T. Anna Lane in reference to a death investigation. 97 year old female who was under the care of her daughter gone down for a nap at about 3:00pm and at about 6:00pm daughter checked on her and she had passed away. Paramedics checked but no signs of life could be found. She appeared to have passed from natural causes.

Victim reported that sometime between 10:00 p.m. on 4-7-2010 and 4:00 a.m. today (4-8-2010) an unknown person entered into his unlocked vehicle and caused approx. $2,000 of interior damage. It appeared that the suspect attempted to gain entry into the locked glove box of the vehicle, but was unsuccessful. Victim reports that it does not appear that anything was stolen. No suspect information at this time.

Victim reported that sometime during the night or early this morning an unknown person unlawfully entered into a storage building on his property, by prying off a bar that secures the door. Victim reports that it does not appear that anything was stolen. No suspect information is available at this time.

On 04-08-10 the victim reported that she was woken by her dog barking. Upon looking outside she observed the right rear door to her Cadillac Deville open. Upon investigation it was learned that the suspect had forced entry into the vehicle and removed the above items. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Charges: D.W.I. Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic, Speeding
On 04-07-10, the above driver was observed operating a red Ford truck. The vehicle was unable to maintain it's lane of travel and was speeding (69mph in a posted 45mph zone). Contact was made with the driver at which time signs of impairment were observed. The driver submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Test and was subsequently placed under arrest. The driver submitted to chemical testing with a result of .10/.09 BrAC. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Charges: Abandonment or Abuse of a Child, D.W.I. Open Container, Concealing Identity, Reckless Driving
Deputy B. Markley observed the above male operating a maroon Chevy truck in an erratic manner. The vehicle was stopped and contact was made with the above male. The male showed signs of impairment and submitted to the Standardized Field Sobritety Test. The male was subsequently placed under arrest for D.W.I. The male was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Act at which time he refused chemical testing. A 4 year old child was observed inside the vehicle and not restrained in an approved child restraint system. Two open 12 ounce cans of Budweiser were also found in the vehicle. The above driver had intially identified himself as his deceased brother, however, his true identity was obtained. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail and booked accordingly.
