Victim reports automobile alarm went off at between midnight and 3:00 am but she did not discover the vehicle had been entered until about 9:00 am.  Victim states that no forced entry occured an a pair of shoes along with keys and a small amount of cash was missing.  Case is under investigation.

On 12-14-09 at approximately 1:00PM an unknown person gained entry to the victim's vehicle and stole her purse. The purse contained some credit cards, misc. papers and $60.00 in cash.

On 12-14-09 at approximately 10:30 AM the victim reported that two unknown suspects gained entry to her residence through a rear window. Nothing appeared to be missing. The suspects were seen leaving the area in a black mercedes with a temp. tag.

Suspect: ex-employee

O n Mon, 12/14/09, at approx 3:00 am, Deputies responded to an activated alarm at said business, and found a broken window , and unlocked door. Business owner arrived and confirmed a burglary. Two money bags containing about $1,600 cash were missing. Owner suspects an ex-employee who was fired about a week ago. Investigation continues.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding the above investigation.  Upon arrival, victim advised that person(s) unknown gained unlawful entery ito her vehicle and stole the starting chip to the vehicle.  There was no evidence of forced entery nor were any other items taken.  For further information, refer to officer's report.

Arrested: Marcelimo Romero 42yoa

On the above date, officers were dispatched to the above location at the request of the Santa Fe City Police to assist them on a possible domestic disturbance.  Upon arrival officers learned that the defendant and his girlfriend were involved in an arguement while the defendant was driving the vehicle.  The female jumped out of the vehicle while it was still in motion.  The female was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital and was treated ant released.  The defendant displayed signs of impairment and was arrested and transported to the adult detention center and booked accordingly.  For further information, refer to offcier's report.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding the stated investigation.  Victim advised that betweeen the dates of Dec. 12th and the 13th, unknown person(s) gained unlawful forced entery into his home and stole several electronic items totaling and estimated amount of $1,500.00.  For further information refer to officer's report.

On 12-12-09 the above individual was placed under arrest after she was stopped for improper stopping. The individual was found to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor. She was placed under arrest and refused to submitt to breath testing. She was booked into the Santa fe County Jail accordingly.
