Sometime between 12-12-09 10:00 AM and 12-13-09 9:00 AM an unknown person gained entry to the victim's residence through a bedroom window. Once entry was gained the suspect stole several pieces of jewelry and some silver coins.

Victim placed her purse on the couch and walked away to socialize with friends. when she went back to check on the purse, it was gone. for further information, refer to officer's report.

On the above date, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for failing to stop at a red light, failing to maintain lane and traveling 60mph on a posted 40mph zone. Upon making contact, the defendant was found to be under the influence and failed field tests. Defendant also had a glass tube with suspected cocaine residue on it. Defednant was transported and booked at the adult detetion center.

On 12-12-09 at approximately 2:13 PM a male or female suspect wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt walked in to the gift shop and handed the clerk a note. The note stated that the suspect had a gun and to hand him all the money or he would shoot her. The clerk gave the suspect all the money and the suspect fled the area with approximately $1,000.00 in cash.

Victim reported that sometime between 12-11-09 8:00 PM and 12-12-09 8:00 AM someone stole his horse trailer and some saddle equipment from the above location. A white truck was seen driving around the area earlier that day.

Deceased: 65 yr old male
On Sat 11/12/09, at approx 2:30am, Deputies responded to said address, in which a male was found by his wife, laying in bed with no signs of life. Male had terminal cancer, and a DNR was in place. OMI suspects natural causes, no signs of foul play.

On 12/11/09, at 11:29 pm, suspect was driving a 2003 Ford Mustang, bearing NM plate# 165-PSA, and was stopped for speeding. Suspect was found to be impaired, and was arrested, charged, and booked accordingly. Breath tests were .11/.13

ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS STOPPED FOR REGISTRATION VIOLATION. INVESTIGATION SHOWED WHERE SUSPECT HAD A DISTRICT COURT WARRANT FROM DENVER COLORADO FOR HIS ARREST FOR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE VIOLATION. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND BOOKED AT THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER. WARRANT WAS SERVED. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED (.15 BrAC). SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. SUSPECT VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED
