Victim reported that between 6/26/09 at 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on 6/27/09 an unknown person(s) gained forced entry into the office trailer.  The unknown suspect(s) removed a microwave oven, portable AM/FM radio, 2 way radio with charger and the contents of a first aid kit.  Value of the items taken is estimated at $300.00.  No suspect or witnesses information is available at this time.

Location:  State Road 106 and Santa Fe County Road 90, Espanola, NM

On 6/26/09 at the above location a backhoe was left on the side of the roadway for a construction job.  Between 6/18/09 at 1800 hours and 6/19/09 at 0700 hours 9 windows were damaged.  Estimated amount of damage is about $5000.00.  No suspects at this time.

Location:  Anastacia Lane, Santa Fe, NM (Tesuque)

On 6/26/09 between 0830 and 1600 hours unknown suspects forced entry into the residence through a bathroom window.  Once inside unknown suspects took a laptop Dell computer, a 35 mm camera, a Sony camera, a Nano Ipod, speakers for the Ipod, 60 DVD's, a box of power tools, a backpack, and power cords.  Estimated amount taken is $4890.00.

Location:  7200 block of Old Santa Fe Trail, Santa Fe, NM

On 6/26/09 victim reported that she left her residence at 1200 hours and returned home at 1430 hours.  Victim advised she noticed her husband's laptop missing from an office inside the residence.  Victim stated that she noticed that the window in the office was wide open.  Victim also stated that misc. jewelry was taken.  Estimated amount taken is $2000.00.

Location of Incident: 6824 Cerrillos Road (Lexus of Santa Fe) Santa Fe, NM

Suspects:  Pending

Victim reported that between 4:30 p.m. on June 25, 2009 and 10:00 a.m. on June 26, 2009 an unknown person gained unlawful entry (No Force) into the above car dealership and stole (4) four Hewit Packard desk computer systems valued at $1,790 each.  No witness or suspect information is avalible at this time.

Location of Incident: 28 Camino Justicia (Santa Fe County Detention Center)

Arrested:  Anthony Martinez (38YOA) 58B RA CR 86 Chimayo, NM 87522

On June 26, 2009 a correctional officer the Santa Fe County Detention Center located a black tar like substance, which field tested positive for Herion, in the possession of inmate Anthony Martinez .  Subject was charged accordingly.

Victim reported that in December 2007, someone had used his information to open a credit card for Wal-Mart in Texas. The victim stated that at the time the card was obtained he was serving in Irag. A suspect has not been identifed at this time.

Location: Fire Rock Road- Santa Fe

On 06-25-09 the victim reported that an unknown person utilized his credit card to purchase a Gateway Computer over the internet. The charge was made to New Egg.Com for the amount of $399.99. The victim contacted the web site and found that the computer was being sent out of the United States. The victim subsequently cancelled the credit card.

Location: Los Pinos Road, Santa Fe NM

Victim reported that between 11:30 am and 3:30 pm on 6/24/2009 an unknown suspect had entered her home through an unlocked side door on the Southwest side of her home. She also stated that she had not noticed anything being missing or stolen, but I did leave her a property supplement, There were no damages incurred on entry into the home.

Location: Gunnison Road, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Dale Jones - age 32, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic altercation. The investigation led deputies to believe the above suspect assaulted and battered his ex-fiance. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly.
