On 07-02-09 the victim reported that he left his home at approximately 4:30pm and returned at approximately 5:30pm. Upon returning home he found his backdoor open. The victim the reported the above items take. There did not appear to be any forced entry.

ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS FOUND DRIVING ON HIGHWAY 599 WITH NO TAIL LAMPS. SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED .19 BRAC. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AFTER INVESTIGATION AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

DEPUTY WAS INVESTIGATING A MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH AT THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION. DRIVER OF ONE OF THE VEHICLES WAS FOUND TO HAVE THREE WARRANTS FOR HIS ARREST. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER WHERE THE WARRANTS WERE SERVED.

ON THIS DATE DEPUTY WAS WORKING A MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH. SUSPECT LEFT THE AREA AFTER THE CRASH AND WAS LOCATED BY DEPUTY. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST AND WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY WITHOUT INCIDENT. SUSPECT WAS TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER.

On Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at 8:06 am, Victim reported that date between 3:00 am and 7:00 am an unknown suspect entered her gray in color Ford Explorer while it was parked at her residence. She stated that there was no forced entry into her vehicle because it was inadvertently left unlocked. The only thing stolen from her vehicle was her purse and all of its contents.
