On the above date the suspect was placed under arrest after she was found parked on the side of the road passed out behind the steering wheel of her vehicle. On Tuesday 7/7/09 victim reported that between 7:00am and 8:00am, her house had been burglarized. Entry was gained by forcing open the rear door, and the above items were stolen valued at about $2700.00. Shortly after, the burglary suspect attempted to sell the stolen property to County employees working in the area near the residence.Deputy Assigned: Brian Markley

On the above date, the above officer responded to the above location regarding a motor vehicle crash involving a motorcycle. Upon arrival the defendant displayed signs of impairment and failed field test. Defendant admitted to drinking a twelve pack of Bud-Light beer prior to the crash. He was arrested and transported to St. Vincent's Hospital for a blood draw. He was then transported and booked at the adult detetion center.

On 7/7/09 victim reported that between 0600 and 1900 hours unknown suspects unlawfully entered her residence and stole a 48" flat screen TV, an Xbox, PS3, misc DVD's, games, jewelery, Direct TV box, blackberry pearl, and an RCA sound system. No forced entry could be located. Estimated amount of items taken is $4900.00

SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE COCAINE AND PRESCRIPTION PILLS AND DRUG PARAPHERNALIA IN HER POSSESSION. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE A REVOKED DRIVER'S LICENSE DUE TO OTHER DWI'S. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED THAT HER HOUSE WAS UNATTENDED FROM ABOUT 1000 AM ON JULY 4TH AND 10;50 PM OF THIS DATE. INVESTIGATION SHOWED WHERE UNKNOWN PERSON (S) BROKE THE GLASS AND DAMAGED THE SCREEN TO THE BACK DOOR TO GAIN ENTERY TO THE HOUSE. THE SUSPECT (S) THEN ENTERED THE HOUSE REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION, CHARGES AND SUSPECT INFORMATION IS PENDING.

ON THIS DATE MISSING PERSONS FATHER REPORTED HIS DAUGHTER LEFT THE AREA IN A WHITE IN COLOR FORD MUSTANG WITH SOME UNKNOWN MALES. FATHER REPORTED HE TRYED TO FOLLOW THE VEHICLE, UNTIL HIS DAUGHTER JUMPED OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND FLED ON FOOT IN THE LA VELA ROAD AND AIRPORT ROAD AREA. jASMINE WAS ENTERED INTO TO NCIC AND CASE IS ACTIVE AT THIS TIME.
