On the above date the victim reported that sometime between 03-27-09 9:30 PM and 03-28-09 08:00 AM someone broke the windows to his vehicle, slashed the tires and put dents on the hood. There are no suspects at this time.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding a domestic dispute. Upon arrival both defendants admitted to being involved in the disturbance. Ms. Lovato admitted to stricking Mr. Suarez. Mr. Suarez denied battering Ms. Lovato, but Ms. Lovato advised that he had, and she had injuries consistant with her statement. Mr. Suarez broke Ms. Lovato's driver's side window to her vehicle as she attempted to leave. Both were arrested and transported to the adult detention center and booked accordingly.

On 3/27/09 victim wanted to report that unknown person(s) had taken his 2001 Kaufman 16' trailer from the above location. Victim stated that it was parked at the above location since 10/01/08 until today. Estimated value of trailer is $1400.00. Trailer was entered into NCIC.

Charged: Agg. Battery against a household member
On 3/27/09 suspect went to victim's residence confronting an unknown male in a jealous rage. Victim approached suspect in an attempt to get him to leave. Suspect then grabbed victim and drug her on the ground causing her to sustain injuries. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim reported that sometime between 3/25/09 1830hrs and 3/26/09 0745hrs some unknown person stole his ATV that was parked in his front yard just bellow his bedroom window. The ATV was then pushed out of the yard and onto the roadway.Deputy Assigned: Nathan Segura

Mandatory Proof of Financial Responsibility
On 3-26-2009 at 1:52 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location when he made a wide radius left turn and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and subsequently submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test of which the results are pending. The vehicle was not equipped with an ignition interlock as required by the restrctions of his New Mexico driver's license which is otherwise revoked. The vehicle was not registered or insured. The suspect was in possession of a revoked driver's license.
