A Sheriff's Deputy clocked a vehicle speeding 58 MPH in a 35 MPH zone at above listed location. A traffic stop was conducted and it was discovered that the above named individual was driving the vehicle while his NM license was revoked. His vehicle had no insurance or current registration. The subject was also wanted out of Municipal Court. He was booked accoringly on all charges.

Victim reported that between September 2008 and today (3-6-09) at 7:30 a.m. an unknown person(s) gained forced entry into his unoccupied residence through a bedroom window and stole a 32" flat screen TV, a Gateway Computer and a Washer and Dryer. The suspects also damaged several interior walls and windows to the residence. Victim estimates the value of the stolen items and the damage at over $4,000.00. No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

Victim: 84-year-old Female
On March 6, 2009 at approximately 8:00 a.m. the above victim was located in bed unresponsive. The vitim was under doctors care for an extensive medical history. OMI pronounced the victim deceased at 10:15 a.m.. There were no signs of foul play and no signs of trauma to the victim.

CHARGES: AGGRAVATED DWI-CONCEALING IDENTITY-ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC-WARRANT
On this date deputy observed suspect west bound on Agua Fria not able to maintian his lane of the roadway. Deputy stopped suspect and found he had been drinking. Dwi Officer took over investigation and found that the suspect was concealing his identity due to having a warrant for his arrest. Suspect was also found to be intoxicated .19/.20 BrAC. Suspect was arrested and transported to the Adult Detention Center on above listed charges.

ARRESTED: TEDDY PADILLA, 34 YOA MALE
CHARGES: DWI-OPEN CONTAINER-PARKING VIOLATION
On this date deputy located suspect parked in the intersection of above listed location. Deputy found that the driver had been drinking and called for a DWI Officer to come to his location. During investigation it was found that the suspect was intoxicated and had an open container of alcohol with him in the vehicle. Suspect was arrested and taken to the Adult Detention Center.

SUSPECT: PENDING
On this date around 10:30 pm victim was unloading items from their vehicle to their appartment, when a hispanic male entered their appartment and removed above listed items. Suspect walked by victims then took off running. Victims found out that suspect had been in thier appartment so they called to report it. Suspect was not located at this time. Case is under investigation.

The above named individual turned himself into detectives from the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office on a magistrate court warrant. The charges are shooting at or from a motor vehicle and Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He was subsequently booked at the Santa Fe County Detention Facility.

CHARGES: DWI-DRIVING ON ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC-POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
On this date deputy observed suspect north bound on State Road 14 and was failing to maintain his lane of the roadway. Suspect was stopped and found to have watery and red eyes and emitting the odor of an intoxicant. Deputy contacted a DWI Unit to come to his location and take over investigation. DWI deputy arrived and found where suspect was under the influence. suspect was found to have drug paraphernalia in his possession. Suspect was arrested and taken to the Adult Detention Center without incident.
