Suspect was at a residence at the above address in reference to a disturbance.  Suspect admits to driving to the residence while her license is suspended/revoked for 3 prior DWI arrests.  Suspect was arrested, booked and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Suspect whilr being housed at the Detention Center for other local charges was found to have an outstanding warrant from Bosie City,Cimarron County, State of Oklahoma-Warrant No. CF-2003-17 Bail Jumping. Suspect was charged/booked and remained in jail.

Charged:  Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property, Unlawful Use of the telephone

On 2/28/09 victim reported that suspect had called her on the telephone and advised her that he was going over to her residence to hurt her and her family.  Victim stated that suspect went over to her residence in which her friend attempted to keep him from entering the residence.  Victim stated that suspect went about 3 feet into the residence and her friend threw him out.  Suspect then damaged the friend's vehicle by putting deep scratches onto the hood and also the entire passenger side of the vehicle.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.  Suspect was also charged with an active arrest order.

On 2/28/09 suspect was involved in a harassment in which suspect then fled the area to the above location.  Suspect was on probation in which Adult Probation & Parole was contacted and activated the arrest order on suspect.  Suspect was located at Sycamore Loop on another crime he was committing.  He was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.  He was served with a copy of the arrest order.

Victim and suspect were involved in a domestic dispute over a text message.  Victim claimed suspect held her up against the wall and choked her.  Victim had injuries consistent with her statement.  Suspect advised that he thought his girlfriend was cheating on him and an argument ensued and he admitted to pushing her against the wall.  Suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 2/27/09 sometime between 0800 hours and 1900 hours unknown person(s) used an unknown type of tool to attempt to pry open a west facing rear door.  After being unsuccessful the double pane window on the door was shattered.  Once inside a laptop Gateway computer, a 19" Sharp TV, and a Xbox was taken.  Estimated amount of items taken is $2150.00.
