On the above date, officer were dispatched to the above location regarding a criminal damage to property involving the defendant. Upon making contact, the defendant displayed signs of impairment and had an odor of alcohol. The allleged victim of the criminal damage could not be located and did not answer her telephone. The defendant failed field tests and was arrested. The defendant had a .06 BrAC.

On the avbove date, officers were dispatched to the above location regarding the defendant possibly being a burglar. Upon making contact the defendant advised that he was just leaving a friends home in the area, which was confirmed by officer. Upon running check on warrants, the defendant returned with a suspended revoked driver''s license with an arrest clause. He was arrested without incident and transported to the adult detention center.

Arrested: Randy Mullins 24yoa
On the above date, officer were advised of a posible domestic at the above location regarding a male and female in vehicles. Upon making contact with the two, they advised that they were not invoved in any type of domestic. Upon running checks on both, Mr. Mullins returned with two arestive arrest orders. One was out of Santa Fe Municipal court and the other out of the Magistrate Court. He was arrested without incident and transported to the adult detention center.

Location: Cedar, Santa Fe, NM (Silverado Subdivision)
Victim reported that between 0700 - 1615 hours unknown person(s) gained entry into his home by opening a window and a 30-06 rifle, a chipmunk 22 rifle, a Xbox, a 15"TV, a 9"TV, a Dell Computer, 20 DVD's, a watch, and 2 Xbox games. Estimated value of items taken is about $2000.00. Victim stated suspect(s) then kicked the door open to an apartment on the same property but did not take anything from there. No physical evidence was located.

Suspect/arrest/charges: Pending
On Fri 2/27/09 at approx 0220hrs/am, a 21yr old female reported to Pojoaque Police Dept, that she had just been raped by a 22 yr old male, who she identified as an ex-high school classmate, and bartender at the resort. Victim claims that she was with a girlfriend all night, and admitts having way too much to drink, so the suspect who was off duty offered her his room at the hotel, so that she could sober up. Victim claims that she threw up iall over the room, so the suspect undressed her and proceeded to have sex with her against her will. Victim was transported by paramedics to St. Vincient Hospital Emergency Room. Detective Anna Chavez arrived on scene and took over the investigation. Suspect was not located at this time.

Location: 70 block of Cerro Del Alamo, SFNM
On the above date, the above officer was dispatched to the above location regarding a missing indangered person. Upon speaking with the complainant, he advised that his wife had left the residence threatening to kill herself. Complainant advised that his wife told him that she had taken several pills and wanted to die. His wife's vehicle and discription was given to other agencies and officers searched the area to no avail. She was entered into NCIC.

The victim reported that sometime between 12:00 PM and 4:30 PM, unknown person(s) kicked-in the front door and stole a 42" Phillips LCD TV set valued at $1,500.00 from inside.

The victim stated that he was forced to drive an aquaintance to Las Vegas, Nevada at gun point. The victim stated that he remained with the suspect for several days and then they drove back to Santa Fe. The victim stated that the suspect dropped him off and threatened him. The case is under investigation.

Stolen: $26,900.00 in Misc. Tools, reloading ammunition equipment, handguns, rifles and ammunition
The victim believes that the suspects used his garage door opener from inside his vehicle to open the garage on his property. Once the door was open, the suspect(s) stole the above listed items from inside. Physical evidence was located at the scene and is pending analysis.

Charges: Reckless Driving, Driving While License Suspended/Revoked
The above named individual was observed driving a motorcycle at above location riding a wheelie in a reckless manner on the roadway. His driver's license was also found to be revoked and he was on probation. The subject was arrested and booked accordingly into the county jail.
