On 02-22-09 the victim reported that an employee of hers had house sit for her while she was out of town. The employee was being evicted from her own residence. The victim found a box of unopened mail belonging to the victim and her mother. A bank bag for the victim's business was found and $9,000.00 was found to be missing. It was also learned that the the suspect opened a cell phone account and paid for hotel rooms off of the business account.

ON THIS DATE ABOVE LISTED SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED DRIVING A MOTOR VEHICLE AND WAS STOPPED AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE VIOLATION. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE THREE SANTA FE MUNICIPAL COURT WARRANTS FOR HIS ARREST. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER WITHOUT INCIDENT.

ON THIS DATE VICTIM CALLED 911 TO REPORT THAT HER BOYFRIEND (LISTED ABOVE) HAD JUST BEAT HER. VICTIM REPORTED THAT THE SUSPECT WAS OUTSIDE AND SHE WAS IN FEAR OF SUSPECT RETURNING AND HITTING HER AGAIN. DEPUTY ARRIVED AND FOUND SUSPECT OUTSIDE AND AFTER INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETEDSUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGE. SUSPECT WAS TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

CHARGES: BUYING SELLING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR AND SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS
ON THIS DATE OFFICER STOPPED A 2008, DODGE RAM PICKUP FOR SPEEDING 59/35 ON THE HIGHWAY 599 FRONTAGE ROAD. DRIVER OF VEHICLE AND ONE PASSENGER WERE FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING. iNVESTIGATION SHOWED WHERE SUSPECT WAS THE ONE THAT PURCHASED THE BEER FOR THE TWO PERSONS IN THE VEHICLE AND THEY WERE UNDER 21 YOA. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON THE ABOVE CHARGES.

On Saturday, 2-21-2009 at approximately 10:18 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location at 69 miles per hour in a posted 55 mile per hour zone. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and he had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.

Subject was observed traveling westbound on Airport Road not wearing his seatbelt and displaying an expired temporary registration. Upon contact with the driver he displayed signs of impairment. Driver was administered the standardized Field sobriety test and was placed under arrest. Driver was also arrested on a outstanding warrant out of District Court.

The Above listed driver was stopped after he was observed traveling eastbound on Airport Road with no headlamps on. Driver was unable to provide a drivers license. driving history revealed that his drivers license was revoked for a prievous DWI related offense

ON THIS DATE OFFICER RESPONDED TO ABOVE LISTED LOCATION AND MET WITH VICTIM. VICTIM REPORTED THAT THE SUSPECT WAS RUNNING PAST HIM. VICTIM REPORTED THAT HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO SECURE SUSPECT WHEN HE ATTACKED OFFICER AND WAS SLAPPING HIM. DURING THIS EVENT SUSPECT ALSO KICKED VICTIM THREE TIMES. oFFICER WAS ABLE TO TAKE SUSPECT INTO CUSTODY AT THIS POINT AND THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE WAS NOTIFIED. SUSPECT WAS CHARGED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. CASE REFERRED TO THE DA'S OFFICE.
