The victim reported to our agency that someone had burglarized his home and stole the above listed item. The Deputy on scene located a witness, who provided a suspect vehicle description and license plate number. A DMV check disclosed the suspect's name and address. The suspect's parents were located at the address and escorted Deputies to their son's whereabouts next door. The suspect was located and eventually escorted Deputies to the location of the stolen TV set. Deputies recovered the stolen TV and the suspect was arrested and booked accordingly. The second suspect in the burglary was identified and the case is still active. A second arrest is pending.

On 2/24/09 at about 1500 hours, victim reported that someone took 2 antique pocket watches from inside the living area in the residence. Victim stated that she had a friend house sit for her. Victim stated that she trusted the friend. The friend had a few other people over at the residence when she was housesitting. Estimated value of both watches is $11,000.00.

The victim reported that she left her residence at 7:30 AM and returned at 5:30 PM on 2/24/2009. The victim arrived home and noticed that her residence had been burglarized adn the above listed items were stolen. (Valued at $5,365.00)

The victim reported that sometime between 2/23/2009 and 2/24/2009 someone entered his unlocked shed without authorization and stole his tool box, containing miscellaneous tools valued at approximately $300.00

Victim was traveling southbound on I-25, passing under the LaCienega overpass when a rock struck the passenger window, went through the glass, and struck him in the neck. The victim had reddening to the right side of his neck but was otherwise uninjured. The person who threw the rock was not located at the time of report.

Complainant reports that her son stole about $1000 in cash from her boyfriends pants pocket sometime during the night. The son fled the residence prior to law enforcement arrival at the residence.

Victim reported that sometime between 7:45 a.m. and 12:10 p.m. two dogs were stolen from her fenced yard. One of the dogs was a black male Chinese Pug and the other was a black and tan male Minature Pincher. Value of both dogs is $900.00. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time.

Arrested: Alexander W Gaytan-Delcid - Santa Fe, NM
The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane. He exhibited signs of impairment and had a revoked driver's license. He was placed under arrest and he submitted to a breath test. The results were .24 and .25. The driver was booked into ADC accordingly.
