Victim reported that sometime between 1:00 p.m. on 2-25-09 and 10:00 a.m. on     2-26-09 an unknown person(s) gained forced entry into his three sheds and a utility trailer on the above property.  A power jack, 2 bow saws, a 20 ton heavy duty jack and a floor jack were stolen from the the three sheds.  The estimated total value of the items stolen is $556.00.  No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

Victim (College Safety Officer) reported that sometime between 6:00 p.m. on 2/18/2009 and 9:15 p.m. on 2-25-2009 an unknown person stole a 24" Macintosh Computer Monitor, valued at $1,500 from a class room.  There are no suspects or witnesses at this time.

On 2/25/09 at about 2108 hours, victim reported unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain entry into residence by cutting the metal screen door near the deadbolt lock.  Estimated amount of the damage is $100.00.  Footprints were located and photographed.

On 2/25/09  subject was arrested at the above location on a bench warrant out of Santa Fe District Court for conditions of release from the Santa Fe County Electronic Monitoring Program.  Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On the above date at approximately 3:00 PM deputies were dispatched to the above location reference to a burglary in progress. During the investigation it was discovered that the front door had been kicked in. Once entry was made the suspects stole a digital camera, money, a wallet with misc. credit cards and a jewelry box with several pieces of jewelry.

On the above date a Deputy was dispatched to the county jail reference to an inmate being found in possession of drugs. Contact was made with the suspect and he was booked on the above charges. The drugs that were located were submitted as evidence.

Victim reported that between 10:15 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on 02-24-2009 an unknown person(s) gained forced entry into her residence through the front door.  Suspect(s) entered into the master bedroom and stole a jewelry box that contained misc. gold and diamond jewelry valued at approximately $3,000.00.  No suspect or witnesses information is available at this time.

On 2/24/09 Deputies responded to shots fired in the area of said address. A party was located and a male was seen shooting a shotgun. Suspects were detained and a shotgun and handgun were located. All suspects were under the influence of liquor, and there were two 16 yr old females attending the party. Suspects were arrested and charged accordingly.

On 2/24/09 victim reported unknown suspect(s)  threw a brick through a window and took a 52" television from inside the livingroom.  Unknown suspect(s) tampered with other areas of the residence.  Evidence was located and photographed.  Estimated value of the television is $3000.00.
