On 01-31-2009 between 0730hours and1430-hours, unknown suspects used force to gain entry into the residence through the front door. A witness observed a female and male loading a television into a white sport utility vehicle. Two of the items were entered into NCIC as stolen.

Deputy Nissen responded to a report of suspicious activity.  Through investigation deputy found and illegal wood cutting operation.  Deputy also found above suspect in possession of meth and a stolen firearm.  The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Victim had been suffering from several health conditions, including breathing issues.  Victim was not feeling well, prior to death.  No signs of foul play.  Death is classified as natural cause.
