On the above date the parent to the missing person reported that her daughter had not returned from a game that she attended last night. The Mother stated that she might be in the company of her boyfriend Henry Valdez Adame. A short time later the runaway was located. During this time an NCIC check was done on Henry it revealed that Henry had 5 outstanding arrest warrants. Deputies were told where he could be located and proceeded to that location. A search of the area was done but he could not be located.

On the above date the victim reported that sometime between 01-22-09 and 01-27-09 someone stole a jewelry box full of jewelry from her residence when she was remodeling it. She believes that it might have been her ex-son-inlaw.

On the above date the victim reported that an ex-employee had purchased a computer with a company credit card before he resigned. The computer was valued at $5,676.00 and he did not turn it over to the company when he left.

On the above date the victim reported that someone stole his 1998 Utility trailer from the above location. This occured between 10-01-2008 and 01-28-2009.

Arrested: Juanita Arigon 45yoa
On the above date, officers came upon a parked vehicle on the shoulder of State Rd. 599. Upon making contact with the driver, she advised that she had ran out of gas and was waiting for help. Upon running a wanted check on her, it was learned that there was an outstanding arrest warrant out of Rio Arriba County Magistrate for failure to appear. She was arrested and transported to the adult detention center.

Suspect: Katrina Varela, age 27, Glorieta, NM
Charged: Bench warrant out of San Miguel Magistrate Court for failure to pay fines.
On 1/27/09 deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at the above location. Victim/Suspect stated that she was arguing with a person that resides in the same residence with her. She stated that the person left prior to our arrival and wants her out of the residence. Victim/Suspect advised us that she has a warrant for her arrest. A warrants check revealed that she has an active warrant out of San Miguel County for failure to pay fines. Victim/suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On the above date the owner of the Rio Grand Camper Sales reported that someone broke in to his office by forcing thier way in through the eastside door. Taken from the business was $80.00 in cash. This occured between 01-26-09 at 5:00 PM and 01-27-09 at 9:00 AM.

LOCATION: 2300 BLOCK OF RUFINA, SANTA FE AREA
ITEMS STOLEN: CANDY MACHINE AND CHANGE
ON THIS DATE DEPUTIES WERE SSENT TO LOCATION DUE TO AN ALARM. DEPUTY ARRIVED AND FOUND WHERE SOMEONE HAD BROKEN OUT A WINDOW NEXT TO FRONT DOOR AND ENTERED THE BUILDING. SUSPECTS GRABBED A CANDY MACHINE (M&M DISPENCER) AND LEFT BACK OUT THROUGH THE BROKEN WINDOW. MACHINE WAS LOCATED OUTSIDE BROKEN UNDER A TREE AND THE CHANGE HAD BEEN REMOVED. ESTAMATED DAMAGE AND STOLEN PROPERTY IS ABOUT $500.00. CASE UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

Location: State Road 14 and Jaguar Drive.

Deputy Whyte observed a blue Pontiac Firebird traveling at a high rate of speed on State Road 14 heading south. A second vehicle, which was a red Pontiac Grand Am, also heading south on State Road 14. Both vehicle came to a stop at Cerrillos and Beckner. Upon stopping the Firebird, the driver stated that a male subject in the Grand Am pointed a black handgun on him. The victim could not identify the suspect or license plate on the other vehicle.

On 01-26-09 the victim reported that he was contacted by his credit card provider stating that there were unusual transactions on his card. According to the victim there has been multiple transactions occurying in Pennsylvania, Illinois, and California. The transactions were totalling about $567.00. The card was cancelled by the victim.
