Victim reported that somtime between 12/10/08 and 12/28/08 some unknown person entered his unlocked stored vehicle that was parked on his property. upon entering the vehicle the suspect stole the above handgun valued at about $426.00. The gun was entered into NCIC. This incident is currently under investigation.

Sometime between 11-01-08 and 11-30-08 someone stole a 18 karat diamond ring from the above location. The ring was valued at $15,00.00 and there are no suspects at this time. There were no signs of forced entry and the victim suspects that it might be one of her cleaning persons.

Sometime between 12-27-08 at 10:00 PM and 12-28-08 at 07:30 AM someone broke in to the victims vehicle and stole a CD carrying case along with the CD's. Value of the items taken was $200.00.

On the above date, the above officer witnessed the defendant driving and unable to maintain his lane of traffic. Upon stopping the driver he displayed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking alcohol. Defendant refused to submit to a breath test and was arrested and transported to the adult detention center.

On this date victims reported that they were involved in an argument with suspect. Suspect became very upset and pointed a loaded handgun and informed victim that he was going to kill them. Victim fleed house and suspect left in his vehicle. Suspect was located later on andwas found to be in possession of two firearms. Suspect was transported to hospital due to a medical condition. Case is still under investigation at this time.

CHARGES: RECEIVING OR TRANSFERRING A STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLE, AGGRAVATED DWI, RECKLESS DRIVING
Suspect was observed driving on Agua Fria crossing the center line of the roadway. Suspect then lost control of his vehicle and crashed. Suspect then fleed the crash and was later located. Suspect was stopped and found to be intoxicated nd he refused a breath test. Suspect vehicle was found to be stolen. Suspect was taken to the Adult Detention Center on the above listed charges.

On this date victim called and reported she left her house around 1800 hours on the 27th and returned today about the same time. Victim returned and found her front door had been kicked in and the above listed items were stolen. Case under investigation.

On this date suspect was observed weaving through traffic on Airport Road. Suspect was stopped and found to be intoxicated. Suspect refused breath test and then taken to the Adult Detention Center. Suspect was charged with above listed charges.

On this date victim reported she left her house around 1300 hours and returned around 2000 hours and found where unknown person (s) had entered her house and removed the above listed items. No signs of forced entery and case is still under investigation.
