The above listed individual was incarcerated at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. It was learned that there was an outstnding arrest warrant out of Guadalupe County. He was served with the warrant and re-booked at the facility.

Victim reported that sometime between 12/13/08 and 12/15/08 some unknown person(s) entered a house that is currently under construction by him, and stole about $6300.00 worth of construction tools. It appeared that entry was gained through a door that did not have door knobs or any type of locks. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Location: Parking lot of the Albertson's (Off Zafarano) No Suspect Information
A Jeep Wrangler was burglarized while it was parked at the Albertsons, 3542 Zafarano.This burglary occurred on 12/4/2008. A Beretta 9mm, a Sony Laptop and 50 miscellaneous music CDs were taken. There were no signs of forced entry so it is unknown how or where entry was gained.

Sometime between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM, unknown person burglarized two vehicles by breaking windows and forcing entry. The suspect(s) stoled stereos and misc. CDs.

Victim reported that on 12-03-08 an unknown person used his personal information and a debit card to purchase a Dell computer on-line. The laptop computer valued at $595.27 was shipped to an address in Garland, TX. Further investigation into this matter is pending.

Stolen: 32" LG Flat Panel TV Set
Sometime between 12-12-08 and 12-14-08, unknown person(s) entered the victim's residence via a back widow. The suspect(s) stole said television. Evidence was found at the scene and will be submitted to the NMDPS Crime Lab for analysis.

On the above date, the above officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for failure to dim his headlights. Upon making contact, the defendant displayed signs of impairment. The defendant admitted to drinking alcohol prior to the teraffic stop. The defendant failed field tests and was arrested. Upon searching the defendant, a small amount of suspected marijuana was found along with a pipe. Driver's history was conducted and it was learned that the defendant had three prior DWI actions. He was transported and booked accordingly at the adult detention center.

On 12-13-2008 at 10:45 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location at 60 miles per hour in a posted 45 mile per hour zone. It was learned that on 9-8-2008, Santa Fe County Magistrate Judge Sandra Miera had issued a warrant for the suspect's arrest for Failure to Pay Fines.
