The victim reported that she left her vehicle parked at above location while she went for a walk. While she was walking back to her vehicle she observed two males sitting inside her vehicle. She yelled at the males and they fled on foot. The above stated items were stolen from inside the vehicle.

The above named individual was arrested following a traffic stop for speeding 80 mph in a 55 mph zone. The defendant concealed his identity because his NM driver's license was suspended by the State of NM. He was booked accordingly in the county jail.

Victim reported that unknown person(s) gained entrance to the victim's garage and shattered the right side window to the victim's vehicle. The suspect(s) then stole the victim's car stereo and numerous CDs.

On this date suspect was located at an a house and taken into custody with out incident and taken to the Adult Detention Center. Suspect had two warrants for her arrest.

Victim reported that sometime between 6:00 pm on 12-19-08 and 10:00 am 12-20-08 an unknown person(s) stole a commercial cement mixer valued at over $500.00 from a construction site at the above address. There are no suspects or witesses at this time.

Victim reported that sometime between 11:00 pm on 12-18-08 and 10:00 am on 12-19-08 his 1999 Toyota Camery was broken into as it was in the driveway of his residence. Stolen from inside the vehicle was a pocket calulator valued at $5.00 and a HP Digital Camera valued at $100.00. No witnesses or suspects at this time.

Victim reported that on December 19, 2008 between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 6:30 P.M. an unknown person entered her residence unlawfully and stole a pair of pants and two rings. Total estimated value of the items taken is $918.00. There were no signs of force entry into the residence and there is no witnesses or suspect informatation available at this time.

On the above date, the defendant was stopped for speeding. Upon making contact, the defendant displyed signs of impairment and failed field tests. The defendant was arrested and had a BrAC of .12.

On the above date, The above officer witnessed the defendant unable to maintain lane of traffic. After conducting a traffic stop, the defendant displayed signs of impairment. The defendant had a BrAC of .07 and was transported to the adult detention center.

On the above date, officer was dispatched to St. Vincents Hospital regarding a female who had been shot with a firearm. Upon arrival officer learned that the victim and her friends were walking on Airport Rd. when they were approached by a couple male and female in a truck. They exchanged words and hte male driver shot at them striking the victim twice. The injuries were not life threatening. The victim denied that she knew who the suspects were. The investigation was taken over by CID.
