The victim reported her 2007, Pontiac, G-6, bearing New Mexico license plate 061-AFB, was stolen on April 26, 2008. The vehicle was stolen from a residence located in Chupadero, NM. No suspects have been identified in this case.

The father of the seventeen year old victim, reoported she was sexually assaulted by the above suspect on May 31, 2008, at the above location. The suspect has not been charged with a crime and the case is under investigation.

The victim reported that sometime between 11:30 AM and 4:00 PM, unknown persons kicked in a window screen to an open window at the residence. Once inside the above listed items were stolen. Total value of stolen items was $6,160.00.

On June 22, 2008 a one-year-old child was located by himself on the side of the roadway. Contact was later made with the mother of the child who was at work. She advised that she had left the child with her teenage daughters who fell asleep and did not realize that the child had left the residence. Charges are pending at this time.

Victim advised that sometime between 3:30 pm on 6-19-08 and 8:30 am on 6-20-08 an unknown person(s) unlawfully entered a fenced buisness property and stole a 10' black in color flat bed trailer bearing NM license plate 40252TRF. Value of the trailer is estimated at $2,525.00. No suspect or witness information at this time.

Victim advised that that sometime between 5:00 pm on 06-21-08 and 6-22-08 at 9:45 am an unknown person(s) broke into 6 seperate RV's on the lot and stole the DVD players, Stereo systems, micowaves and satelite radio systems. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Suspect: Vanessa Martinez, age 25, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Aggravated DWI, Reckless Driving
On 6/22/08 driver was involved in a motor vehicle crash and was transported to St. Vincent Hospital to get checked. Upon arrival at hospital, deputy noticed that the driver had an odor of a consumed alcoholic beverage emitting from her person and breath and she had red watery eyes. Driver was given SFST's at hospital and was placed under arrest for Aggravated DWI. She was advised of the NM Implied Consent Act and agreed to give a blood sample. she was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location of arrest: Horton Road & Nugent Road, Edgewood, NM
Suspect: David Kremiller, age 35, Edgewood, NM
Charged: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving
On 6/22/08 at 2113 hours, Kremiller while traveling southbound on Horton Road, drove left of center off of the road. Suspect then overcorrected his vehicle, causing to yaw to the right at which time it tripped, rolling over one time. Suspect displayed signs of impairment. Suspect admitted to drinking 1 beer. Suspect upon completion of the SFST's displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and refused to take a breath test. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location: 1174 Morning Drive SFNM
On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding juveniles running around the neighborhor setting off car alarms. Upon his patrol of the area he located a Chevrolet Cavalier which had a broken window. Upon further inspection it appeared to have been burglarized. Several attempts were made to contact the vehilce owner to no avail. While conducting a foot patrol of the area in an attempt to locate suspects, the officer did located power tools thown on the ground along with the victim's business card. The Items were collected and will be held for the property owner pending contact. Officer continued foot and close patrols of the surrounding neighborhoods in an attempt to locte suspects.

Victim reported that sometime between 6-21-08 at 11:00 pm and 6-22-08 at 10:00 am his 1994 white in color Ford ranger Pickup was stolen from the driveway of his residence. The vehicle was unsecured and a key to the vehicle was in the ashtray. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
