On the above date, the above named defendant was involved in a single vehicle motor vehicle crash at the above location. Investigation revealed that the defendant displayed several signs of impairment. Defendant refused a breath test and a search warrant was obtained (results pending). The defendant also had a revoked driver's license, expired registration and no proof of insurance. He was transported and booked at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Deputy Hayes observed the above named defendant driving his motor vehicle at a high rate of speed near a residential area and perform doughnuts at same location. The driver was arrested for Reckless Driving and a DMV check revealed that his license was suspended/revoked. He was booked according into the County Jail.

On June 16, 2008 at 04:11am deputies responded to a residence in the 6400 block of Vuelta Ventura located in the Tireea Rael Sub-Division in regards to a domestic dispute at that location. Victim stated that he boyfriend was cooking Cocaine and she threw it away because she was conserned for the safety of her children. The suspect became angry and threw and table and lamp at the victin causing a laceration to the victims arms. suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe countyn Detention Center on the above charges.

Sometime between ther hours of 8:0pm and 9:00pm unknown suspect(s) entered the victims vehicle by shattering the windoes on thier vehicles the Items were locasted in a black purse located on the rear seat of the vehicle at the time of theft.

Sometime between the hours of 11:00am and 8:00pm on June 16, 208 unknown suspects entered the victims residence by prying open the front door. once inside the suspect(s) removed the above listed items valued at $3300.00 Shoe and Tire prints were located cat the scene.

Sometime between 12:15pm and 2:30 pm unknown suspects entered the victims residence through a unlocked window. Once inside the suspects took several pieces of jewelry valued at $2500.00

Location:US 285 Southbound Mile Marker 286
Victim: Leonard Phillips 65 Moriarty NM
On Monday June 16, 2008 at approximately the victim was traveling southbound on US 285 in a 2006 Dodge Dakota pickup. The driver lost control of the vehicle in a curve and left the roadway onto the right shoulder. The driver over corrected and went into a critical speed yaw and then rolledover and the victim was ejected. The victim was pronounced at the scene by Deputy Medical investigator Carlos Gonzales. Alcohol is not suspected as a contributing factor in the crash.

On above stated date suspect was found passed out in the driver's seat of his vehicle at the above location. Upon waking the suspect, he displayed several signs of impairment and admitted to the consumption of alcoholic beverages. Suspect submitted to SFST's in which further signs of impairment were displayed. Suspect was arrested and refused to submit to a breath test. He was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
