Deputies responded to a report of a vehicle that had been burned at above listed location. The VIN number was checked via DMV/NCIC files and it was found to have been stolen from the Chimayo area the night before. The vehicle had been stripped and then set on fire by the suspects.

The victim became ill at his residence and collapsed. Medical Personnel and Sheriff's Deputy responded and were unable to revive the victim. No criminal activity was found.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding a report of a residential burglary. Upon speaking with the victim, she advised that unknown person(s) forced entry into her residence by kicking in the front door. Upon entering supects stole a 12 guage shotgun, 30 DVD's, DVD player CD player, an acoustic guitar and a keyboard. The total value of the loss was estimated at $3,850.00.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding a report of a residential burglary. Upon speaking with the victim, she advised that unknown person(s) gained entry into her home through an unlocked window and stole $120.00 in US currency and miscellaneous jewelry.

On the above date the suspect was placed under arrest after he was involved in a motor vehicle crash and it was determined he was under the influence. When the deputy went to arrest him he attempted to pull out a knife from his waist band and told the deputy that he was going to kill her. He was restrained by the deputy before he could injure her in any way.

On the above date the victim reported that someone had damaged a support post to the front porch on her property by driving a vehicle in to it. There are no suspects at this time.

On the above date the victim reported that someone had gained forced entry to his barn and stole approximately 40 bails of hay.

Location: County Road 84G, Santa Fe, NM
On June 2, 2008 above victim invited both suspects to her residence. All parties consumed alcohol during the evening. At about midnight on 6/3/08 victim followed suspects outside her residence. Suspect #1 kissed victim, pulled her pants down and proceeded to sexually assault her. Suspect #2 toook victim to a VW Jetta and sexually assaulted her. Suspects were stopped by Tesuque Tribal Police for DWI and turned over to Santa Fe Sheriff's Department. Investigations was contacted and took over investigation.

Suspect: Rudolph N. Boll, age 23, Hemet, California
Charged: Negligent use of a weapon (2 Counts), Unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon, Resisting or obstructing an Officer
On 6/3/08 the above suspect went to 4 Calle Tres Pinos and discharged a weapon in the front yard. Suspect had a dispute with a male at the above address over a car. Suspect fled prior to deputies arrival but returned and parked away from the residence. Upon approach suspect was crouched behind the truck. Suspect had a semi-auto pistol (9mm) in back pant pocket. Suspect was intoxicated. Suspect did not comply with verbal commands to he was taken to the ground. Suspect was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Charges: Resisting an Officer, Careless Driver, Possession of Marijuana
The above subject was placed under arrest for the above offenses after he was observed speeding southbound on Interstate 25. Vehicle failed to stop for over 4 miles. During an inventory of the vehicle revealed that the driver was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphenalia. The above listed was booked accordingly.
