Victim reported that sometime between Feb. 9, 2008 and Feb. 11, 2008 an unknown person(s) gained unauthorized entry into a residence which was under construction and stole 2 portable propane heaters valued at $370.00.  No witness or suspect information is available at this time.

Victim reported that between 11:30 pm on Feb. 10, 2008 and 6:00 am on Feb. 11, 2008 his 2001 blue in color Dodge Stratus bearing New Mexico License plate KAH094 was stolen from the driveway of his residence.  No witnesses or suspects at this time.

Charges: Agg DWI, Careless driving, no insurance,vehicle must be registered, revoked drivers license, concealing identity, Bernallio County Metro Court Warrant/FTA

On 2/10/08, suspect was stopped for careless driving and was found to be impaired. Suspect refused field sobriety test/breath test. Suspect arrested/charged accordingly.

Arrested: Thomas Copely, 44 yoa, Edgewood, NM

Deputies responded to a residence regarding a reported domestic dispute. Deputies arrived and learned that the above named defendant had punched a female victim about the head several times because she refused to provide the male suspect a ride into Albuquerque, NM. The male was arrested and booked accordingly.

Location: US Highway 84/285 at County Road 73

Suspects: Unknown

The victim reported that while traveling northbound on US Highway 84/285 near the County Road 73 exit, a gray in color Honda Accord began to follow the victim flashing his high beam headlights off and on at the victim. The victim pulled aside and the suspect vehicle pulled-up along side of the victim and brandished a handgun into the air. The suspect vehicle then fled from the area.

On the above date the suspect was placed under arrest after he tried to chug a bottle of whiskey in front of a deputy. The suspect was being investigated for a domestic disturbance incident at that time. The suspect was charged with disorderly conduct and booked accordingly.

On the above date the victim reported that someone unlawfully entered his vehicle and stole a back pack containing several poems. The vehicle was unlocked so no force was used to gain entry.

On the above date the suspect was pulled over for a traffic violation. During the stop it was discovered that her drivers license was revoked with the arrest clause placed on it. She was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

On the above date the suspect was placed under arrest after he was involved in a domestic dispute with his mother and brother and threatened to do bodily harm to them. He was charged with assault against a household member.
