Deputy Peters observed the above named defendant driving her vehicle westbound on Airport Road. The defendant was unable to maintain her lane of travel and a traffic stop was conducted. The defendant was found to be under the influence of intoxicated liquor. The defendant had her two children seated in the back seat of the vehicle. An open container of of whiskey was found in the vehicle. The defendant was arrested and subsequently submitted to a breath test. The results of the test were .24. The children were transported by a Deputy to their father at their residence and the defendant was booked accordingly on said charges.

On the above date the suspect was placed under arrest after someone reported that the suspect's vehicle was stopped in a yard and the driver was passed out behind the wheel. Upon making contact with the driver it was determined that he was under the influence of intoxicating liquor. He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

On the above date the victim reported that someone made an unlawful entry to her husbands vehicle that was parked in the driveway. The vehicle was not locked so no force was used to gain entry. Taken from the vehicle was the stereo system valued at $600.00.

The victim reported that his step-daughter stole 5 unframed paintings from a guest residence on the property and 50 clay native american pots from the main residence while visiting for the funeral of a relative.

On 2-7-2008, at 7:17 PM, the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor.  The suspect refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test.
