Arrested: Terrence Romero  DOB: 8/17/72 Charges: False Imprisionment, Battery upon a household member

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance.  Deputies found that above suspect was the primary aggressor.  deputies found that the suspect grabbed victim from behind andbattered her.  In the course of the argument victim tried to leave and the suspect took her vehicle keys ans physically tried to prevent her from leaving.

On 12-05-07 at approximately 4:00 pm an altercation took place at a residence located at the above location.  During the altercation weapons were brandished and two male individuales received visible injuries.  Both males were transported to St. Vincent Hospital for medical treatment.  Witnesses and suspect information is pending further investigation.

On 12-05-07 victim reported that on today's date an unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry into her residence through a window.  The unknown suspect(s) then stole items to include electronics, jewelry and leather jackets with a total estimated value of $3,050.  No witnesses or suspects have developed at this time.

sometime between Friday November 30, 2007 and Monday December 3, 2007 unknown suspects shattered several windows at the Sweeney Elementary School. The suspects also sprayed Grafitti on several locations at the School.

Location: 51 La Luna Rd. SFNM

Arrested: Estevan Portillo DOB: 09-17-1982

On the above date, the above named defedant was arrested without incident.  Mr. Portillo had an outstanding arrest warrant out of the State of Texas for possession of a controlled substance.  He was arrested and charged as a fugitive from Justice and is awaiting exradition to Texas.

Sometime between noon on 12/01/07 and 2115 hours on 12/02/07 someone broke through the front door of the above residence and stole misc. clothing, a blanket, a mountain bike, an ankle bracelet, and a Dish TV box.  Victim suspects her ex-boyfriend due to the items taken being his.  Estimated amount of items taken is pending.  Estimated damage amount is pending.

Location of arrest:  Santa Fe County Road 117N, Santa Fe, NM (Nambe)

Suspect:  Jeff Crespin, age 38, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  DWI (Felony)

Crime check called in a vehicle parked at SFC Road 117N with the driver slumped behind the steering wheel.  Upon contact, driver was emitting a strong odor of intoxicant coming from his breath and person.  Driver was administered the SFST's and was placed under arrest for showing signs of impairment.  Driver was advised of the New Mexico Implied Consent Act and agreed to take a breath test where subject would not blow into the RBT IV.  A check with New Mexico motor vehicles revealed the driver had 4 prior DWI convictions.  Driver was then transported to St. Vincent Hospital for a blood draw which he refused, and a search warrant was obtained and a blood draw was conducted.  Driver was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Arrested: Cesar Santos-Carmono, Santa Fe, NM, age 30

On 12/2/07 at about 1413 hours, above suspect was filing a report of larceny with the above Deputy and was found to have a warrant out of Immigrations and Customs Enforcement.  The suspect was place under arrest and custody turned over to I.C.E.

Arrested: Patricia Roybal of Santa Fe, NM, 37 years of age

Vehicle: Blk 1995 Ford THL

Driver was found behind the wheel in physical control of the vehicle and stuck on the edge of SFC 89E. Suspect admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages and was administered field sobriety tests.  Suspect showed signs of impairment.  Suspect was arrested and booked into the adult detention center.
