The above named individual was reported missing by his estranged girlfriend. Their relationship ended yesterday and the above named individual left a suicide note at his residence and called the complainant to report the note. He then left the area on foot. Mr. Formella was entered into NCIC as a missing person and all surrounding law enforcement agencies have been asked via teletype to be on the look out for Mr. Formella.

Victim reported that someone forced entry through the passenger side window of her vehicle and stole her stereo equipment valued at over $500.00 from inside. No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.

Victim reported that at approx 1:30pm 11/18/07, a male subject known to him as Ricky threw a rock at his car and then pulled a handgun and shot one time at him. The vehicle was not hit, no evidence was located. Suspect fled and could not be located at this time. Investigation continues.

Victim reported that sometime between 8;00pm 11/17/07 and 1220pm 11/18/07, unknown person(s) kicked in the front door to the residence, unlawfully gained entry and stole a 42in plasma tv, DVD player, stereo, misc jewelry valued at $4,300.00. Investigation continues.

Charged: Battery Against A Household Member
Suspect and victim wrer involved in a domestic dispute at the above location after the suspects car had broken down. whin victim showed up to help suspect he began yelling at her and the slapped her twice and punched her in the ribs. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Runaway: 13 yoa female
A 13 yoa female locked her bedroom door and exited out of her window sometime during the night. The young female was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans. The juvenile was entered NCIC.

Arrested: Luis Varela-Gomez, 24 yoa, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI, Speed Violation
A Sheriff's Deputy observed the defendant's vehicle traveling 60 mph in a 40 mph zone utilizing radar. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was found to be intoxicated. The driver was arrested and the breath alcohol test results were .23, .24 respectively. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Jail.

The complainant reported that she had taken her 15 year old son to school at Capitol High School on Friday, November 16, 2007. She reported that her son ran away from the school and has not been located. The child was entered into NCIC as a runaway.

Deputies responded to the report of a 79 year old male that had died in his bed at home. The victim was suffering from several medical conditions and Deputy Medical Investigator advised that the victim died of natural causes.

Victim reported that sometime between 4:30pm 11/16/07 and 12:00pm 11/17/07, unknown person(s) UNLAWFULLY gained entry to a house under construction, and started a fire on the acid stained concrete floor causing about $20,000.00 in damage. It appeared that the suspects had a small party as there were numerous empty beer cans in and around the fire. State Fire Marshall was notified, and investigation continues.
