Suspect: Sigfredo Vigil Age: 29 Pojoaque
Sigfredo Vigil was arrested for Felony Criminal Damage to Propertry after deputies responded to Bishops lodge Resort for a fight in progress. During the altercation, Vigil is reported to have kicked on of the large ornamental doors to the Lodge causing damages over $1000.00.

Victim stated he observed a male subject in his residence when he arrived home. Victim stated he chased a male subject wearing a black shirt and blue jeans. Victim stated he hit the male subject with a stick on the head. Victim advised that the male subject then punched him on the forehead and then continued to run. It is unknown what was taken from the residence at this time. Owner arrived at residence after incident occurred.

Charged: DWI, Careless Driving, Violation of provisional driving act
Driver was travelling southbound on St. Francis Drive at Paseo de Peralta. Driver jerked the vehicle forward; then proceeded on West Alameda and was not able to maintain his traffic lane. Driver was stopped and found to be impaired. Driver was arrested amd jad a Brac of .05, .05. Driver had underage person(s) in vehicle past midnight. JPPO refused to incarcerate. Driver was released to his mother.

Suspect: Mark Paz, age 55, Truth or Consequences,NM
Charged: DWI, Driving on roadways laned for traffic
On 11/10/07 at approximately 1244 hours, suspect was observed operating his white Dodge RPC pickup south on US84/285 at mm 175. Suspects vehicle was observed failing to maintain its lane by crossing over the right edge line twice and the center divide line once. Suspect displayed signs of impairment on the field sobriety tests. Suspecct then submitted to a preliminary breth test with showed positive for the presence of alcohol. Suspect was arrested and submitted to a breath test in which his Brac was .11 and .11. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
