Above person was observed travelling west on Airport Road weaving from lane to lane. Trafic stop was initiated and above person was found to be impaired due to intoxicating liquor or drug. Above person was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Breath test was given and results were .26, .22, .24.

Charged: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving, Leaving the scene of an accident
On 11/4/07 at about 0530 vehicle 1 was travelling northbound on Santa Fe County Road 56 just north of Via de los Romeros. Suspect was located about 1 mile away from the crash which the vehicle was located rolled over on the shoulder. Driver admitted to driving and drinking about 15 beers. He admitted to changing a CD on the stereo which caused him to lose control and roll the vehicle over. He refused to perform SFST's and chemical testing. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Stolen: 5,000 Watt Titan Gas Generator, Valued at $3000.00
The victim reported that unknown person(s) entered the victim's unlocked residence via the front door. The suspect(s) went through the residence but nothing appears to have been stolen at this time. The suspects did steal a gas generator from the side of the residence on the property.

Arrested: Arturo Caro-Andrade, 19 yoa, Santa Fe, NM
Two Deputies were stopped in traffic at a red light facing eastbound on Airport Road at South Meadows. (Behind the defendant) The above named defendant was leading the group of vehicles at the light and intentionally revved the engine to his vehicle in anticipation for the light to turn green. Once the light changed to green, the defendant spun his rear tires for several seconds and accelerated eastbound from the light at a high rate of speed in heavy traffic. The two Deputies intercepted the defendant and he was arrested and charged with Reckless Driving. He was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Miguel Corral-Amaya, 18 yoa, Santa Fe, NM
Two Deputies were completing a vehicle impound at the Casitas Allsup's on Aiport Road when the above named defendant was observed drag racing a Chevrolet truck. The two vehicles sped recklessly through traffic and Deputies were only able to stop the above named defendant. The other vehicle managed to get away. The defendant was arrested and booked accordingly into the County Jail.

Suspect: Gilbert Hill, age 39, Pecos, NM
Charged: DWI, Reckless Driving, No Insurance
Suspect was involved in a serious one vehicle collision. Suspect was unconscious at the scene. Suspect had a strong odor of consumed alcoholic beverage on his breath and person. Suspect remained unconscious at St. Vincent Hospital and a blood sample was obtained under informed consent act. Suspect had no evidence of insurance. Suspect was then air lifted to UNMH due to his injuries. Suspect was charged with the above.

Suspect: Trinidad Montano, age 26, Espanola, NM
Charged: DWI, Reckless driving, Leaving the scene of an accident, No Insurance, No Registration, Driving on a suspended/revoked driver's license
Driver was travelling northbound on US84/285 and crossed the median and struck a southbound barrier. Driver proceeded northbound in the southbound lanes of US84-285. Driver with no headlights proceeded northbound and was stopped and detained. Driver was found to be intoxicated and refused to cooperate. Driver had a revoked driver's license for 2 prior DWI arrests. Driver was found to have in his possession a marijuana pipe. The vehicle had ficticious plates and no insurance. Driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim reported that sometime on Oct 3, 2007some unknown person(s) stole a granite water fountain, 4 ft tall, black in color from her front porch. Then sometime during the last 2 weeks an alarm panel from a the home under construction was also stole.
