Location: 6000 Block of San Felipe Road

A woman reported that her 14 yoa female daughter ran away from their residence after she was denied permission to have a relationship with a 20 yoa male. The female has not been located and it is unknown if she is in the company of the 20 yoa male in question. The female was entered NCIC as a runaway / missing person.

Case:0207007115- Aggravated Assault

Deputy Assigned: Deputy Tracy Baca

Commander Entering: Lieutenant Dennis O'Brien

Location: Ogo Wil / Pojoaque, NM

Arrested: Fernando War 21, and Elias War 25

Deputies responded to a road rage incident that evolved into a fight where the two above named suspects pointed a hand gun and a knife at other males in a parking lot. The suspects were arrested and booked accordingly into the county jail.

0207007097-Structure Fire

Commander Entering: Lieutenant Dennis O'Brien

Location: Louis Road

Deputies responded to a residential structure fire. An external shed caught fire and as a result, started a mobile home next to the shed on fire. The fire was extinguished by fire personnel and the cause is under investigation. No one was injured as a result of the fire.

0207007112 Possession of a controlled substance

 Deputy assigned: David Jaramillo. Commander entering: Sgt. Ernest Borrego, Location of incident: 05 Camino Debra. Suspect: Fernando Martinez age 20. Charges: Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Marijuana, Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Morphine. On 09/09/2007 the suspect was found to be in possession of marijuana and morphine when Deputies responded to his home for a seperate incident.

0207007105 Burglary, Unauthorized graffiti on personal or real property, Criminal damage to property, Larceny

Deputy Assigned: Michael Delgado. Commander entering: Sgt. Ernest Borrego. Location of incident: 3810 Oliver Road (Associated Asphalt). Suspect/Charges none.

 Sometime between 09/08/2007 after 6:00 P.M. and 09/09/2007 before 1:30 P.M. someone burglarized a camping trailer parked on the property of Associated Asphalt. The victim reported a DVD player was stolen from within the camper and the suspect also spray-painted graffiti in black and orange paint on 18 different locations throughout the property.

Deputy Assigned: Sgt. Ernest Borrego. Commander Entering: Sgt. Ernest Borrego. Location of incident; Los Pinos Road/ Tierra Hermosa Court. Suspects: Jose Rodriguez age 24, Enrique Castillo age 22, Christopher Hawkins age 22. Charges: Shooting at inhabited dwelling or occupied building/Shooting at or from a motor vehicle Aggravated fleeing law enforcement officer/DWI/Driving on a suspended or revoked license. On 09/09/2007 at about 8:14 P.M. the above suspects were seen shooting a shotgun from a motor vehicle in the direction of homes while traveling east on Los Pinos Road. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle at which point the driver, Mr. Hawkins fled from the pursuing patrol vehcile. The vehicle stopped at the dead end of a road and all three suspects were taken into custody. Two shotguns were located in the vehicle.

0207007090 Giving alcohol to a minor, Aggravated DWI, Indecent Exposure

 Deputy assigned: Dave Clendenin. Commander entering: Sgt. Ernest Borrego. Location of incident: State Road 475 mile marker 6. Suspect: Luis Barranga age 27. Charges: Aggravated DWI, Giving alcohol to a minor, Indecent Exposure. On 09/08/2007 at about 9:20 P.M. Mr. Barranga was located urinating on his vehicles tire in public view. He was found to be intoxicated and had a BRAC of .20. He had a 17-year-old female in the vehicle which he had provided alcohol too.

 Deputy assigned: Joe Chavez. Commander entering: Sgt. Ernest Borrego. Location of incident: 57 Stoney Road. Suspect/Charges none. Victim stated that sometime between September 6th 2007 after 3:00 P.M. to September 9th before 8:00 A.M. unknown suspect(s) stole 8 solar pannels and 4 solar panel batteries valued at $1,920.00.

 Deputy Assigned: Joe Chavez Commander entering: Sgt. Ernest Borrego Location of incident: 28 Camino Justicia/Santa Fe Coutny Jail Suspect: Anthony Yazzie, age 30 Charges: Fugitive from justice La Plata Couinty Warrant. Suspect was being released from PNM. He was served with the above warrant and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Deputy assigned: Michael Delgado, Commander entering: Sgt. Ernest Borrego, Location of incident: I-25 mm283. Suspect: Danielle Dominguez-Watrous, NM age 29. Charges: San Miguel County Bench Warrant M-48-FR-200700179 Failure to Appear. On 9/8/07, suspect was arrested after Deputy conducted a traffic stop, and was booked accordingly.
