Driver and his passenger were arguing driver became upset and "hit the gas" causing him to lose control of vehicle. Vehicle struck a blockwall at #7 Calle Carlota and mailbox at #8 then left the scene. Deputies followed oil marks on the roadway from the scene to Camino de las Montoyas. Driver admitted to being drunk and wrecking. Driver became combative and aggressive during interview therefore he was taken into custody and transported into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On this date the above named victim reported that he had been involved in a fight with his brother who stabbed him in the left arm with a 4" pocket knife. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Above victim stated that suspect attempted to stab him with a screwdriver during a physical dispute. Victim stated that suspect began to choke him and then grabbed the screwdriver and approached him swinging the screwdriver.
