On the above date unknown suspects broke in to the Refresqueria Las Delicias and tried to steal a large plasma television but were unsuccessful. Entry was gained by forcing open the front door.

Driver was involved in a roll over accident. An Odor of alcoholic beverage was emitting from her person. Driver refused to take breath test, but admitted to drinking. Driver was treated and booked at the Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim left her brown Coach bag in her unlocked vehicle overnight. When she went to find her purse it was missing from inside the vehicle. The purse contained credit cards and her driver's license.

Neighbor called due to her concern that an 11 year old female had been at home all day without supervision. The residence was found to be in disarray. The Children Youth and Families Department was contacted and the case is currently under investigation.

The above juvenile was being escorted from the District Court. He was being placed in a Sheriff's Unit when he ran from Deputies. He was apprehended a short time and a short distance away.

Driver was stopped for a seatbelt violation. Driver's vehicle was required to have a interlock device, but did not. Driver was then arrested for driving while license suspended or revoked.
