Victim reported that sometime between 9/11/07 and 9/25/07, unknown person(s), UNLAWFULLY gained entry to residence by prying open a bedroom window. Once inside suspect(s) rummaged through several drawers and closets, and stole misc jewelry valued at $ 1,750.00.

The above currently incarcerated at the jail facility was served and rebooked on an outstanding Distrcit Court Grand Jury Indictiment charging him with two (2) counts of Aggravated Assault upon a Peace Officer with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $50,000.00 cash or surety.

Victim reported that unknown person(s) entered the construction yard through small opening in fence.  Once inside suspects took a CD player, chop saw, and a laser grade rod from inside one of the vehicles.  Second vehicle had a broken rear window.  Estimated amount taken is $2340.00.

Above subjects (relatives) were involved in a dispute during which time both subjects battered each other.  Both subject were arrested and booked at the Santa Fe County Detention Center on the charge of Battery on a household member.

On the above date the suspect was pulled over for a traffic violation. During the stop it was discvered that he was under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked for Felony DWI since it was his fourth DWI Offense.
