Victim stated that suspect showed up at his residence last week to work on the rock area with another male and worked for about 2 hours.  Victim stated upon his return home the work was not done and the flagstone that he had purchased from suspect was missing.  Victim valued the 2 stacks of flagstone at about $2000.00.  Victim stated the flagstone was very large and it would take at least 2 people to load each piece.

Location of Incident: Nelson Loop at West Alameda Street

Arrested: 1. Leticia Martinez, Santa Fe, NM, 2. Jarrauh Mondragon

Deputies responded to a reported criminal trespassing in progress. Upon arrival, three individuals were located and contacted. Following an investigation into the case, Ms. Leticia Martinez was found to be in possession of a Schedule II Narcotic and two Schedule IV Narcotics. She also had suspected Marijuana and drug paraphernalia in her possession. She was arrested and booked accordingly. Mr. Jarrauh Mondragon was also contacted and it was discovered that he had two warrants active for his arrest out of Rio Arriba County Magistrate Court. He too was booked accordingly into the County Jail.

The victim stated the suspect was riding his motorcycle fast and he yelled at the suspect. He claimed the suspect came back and pointed a gun at him. The suspect was located and denied he pointed a gun at the victim. He claimed the victim tried hitting him with a bottle. The suspect allowed his vehicle to be checked and a gun was not located.
