0207006854, Fraud, Forgery, Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Cocaine

Suspect:  Kimberly Craycraft-Walker, age 35, Los Alamos, NM

Charged:  Fraud, Forgery, Possession of a controlled substance to wit:  Cocaine

 

On above date suspect attempted to cash a check belonging to a male who had been deceased.  Suspect took check to First Community Bank where they were discovered to be stolen.  A checkbook was found inside the vehicle belonging to victim.  Also found inside the vehicle were 2 spoons with a white powder possibly cocaine which belonged to suspect.  Suspect was arrested and transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 9-1-2007, at 1:20 AM, the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel.  The suspect was found to be under the influence oi an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater.

Victim: 24-year-old male

Victim, a security guard at the above location reported that on 8-29-07 an unidentified male was at the above location harrassing customers and asking them for money.  When he informed the subject to leave the property the subject displayed a knife and threatened the victim. The victim then sprayed the suspect with mace.  The suspect than entered into a gray van and departed that area.  No contact was made with the suspect.

Suspect/Arrested: Edward Fleming Jr. ,  51 years old,  21 Avenida Vieja Santa Fe, NM

Charges: DWI, Speeding

 

Above was stopped for speeding at the above location.  Subject had bloodshot eyes and a faint odor of an alcoholic beverage on his person.  Subject was administered field sobriety tests, displayed signs of impairment and was placed into custody.  A legal blood draw was conducted on Mr. Fleming and the results of the contents of alcohol or drugs in his blood is pending.  Mr. Fleming was released on his own recognizance.

Female with several health problems passed away at her home.  There is no signs of foul play.

Arrested: Lauri Sjoblom, 48 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving, Open Container, No Insurance

 

Deputies responded to a reported collision on Avenida Amistad. The investigation revealed that the defendant traveled at a tangent to a curve in the road and crashed her vehicle in a ditch. The defendant was arrested following testing and her breath test results were .20 and .20 respectively. She was booked into the county jail.

Deputy assigned: Dan Garcia, Commander entering: Sgt. Ernest Borrego, Location of incident: 1645 Calle de Quiquido, Suspect/Charges: NONE. Victim reported that sometime during the month of Aug, some unknown person(s) Unlawfully gained entry to a vacany rental house and caused several thousands of dollars worth of damage to the interior of the house. Investigation continues.
