On August 23, 2007 a motor vehicle crash occurred on State Road 14, MM45. The above suspect was the driver of one of the two vehicles involved in the crash. Suspect showed signs of impairment and was placed into custody. Suspect agreed to take a breath test to determine his level of intoxication. Results of the breath test showed the suspects level of intoxication at over twice the legal limit of .08. Suspect was booked on the above charges as well as a Santa Fe Municiple Court Warrant for Failure to appear.

Deputy was dispatched to above address reference to an Identity Theft. Deputy met with victim who stated she had gone to DMV to obtain a driver's license. Victim advised that a clerk told her that several people were using her social security number and date of birth to get driver's licenses.
