Deputies responded to a domestic dispute between a separated couple which were sharing property under a court order. Deputies learned that the mother had left her three children alone in the residence as she left for two days. The children however, were found one hour into their mother's departure by their father, who cared for them until Deputies responded today because the mother returned and wanted to take her estranged husband's vehicle away from him. The children were placed with their father and a case with CYFD was initiated.

The victim reported that she arrived home and discovered a naked man lying on her couch. The suspect was not known to the victim and was arrested without incident. The suspect stated that he had consumed brownies at the Santa Fe Music Fest that may have been laced with a narcotic. He stated that he did not know what he was doing. Nothing was stolen or damaged inside the victim's residence. The suspect was treated at St. Vincent Hospital and booked accordingly into the County Jail.

Victim; 49 yoa female
The victim reported that she was involved in a verbal altercation with her boyfriend about his drinking. The above names suspect then used a knife to attack the victim. The victim sustained a small cut to her hand. She fled from the residence and notified police. The suspect was located and arrested after he fled from the residence in a truck that he crashed into a ditch and fence not far from the location of incident. He was booked accordingly. The victim was treated and released.

Deputies responded to above location due to suspect wanting to file a report on his girlfriend damaging his vehicle. Suspect had an active bench warrant for failure to appear in Municipal Court in Santa Fe. Suspect was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Deputies responded to a domestic dispute at above location. Suspect was arrested for battery against a household member. He choked victim as well as grabbed and pulled her. Victim in defense struck suspect with a frying pan and ran to neighbors.

Victim stated that suspect obtained a credit card under her name by stealing her social security number while doing her taxes. Victim stated suspect has charged $1587.53 on the credit card in which she obtained a bill. Victim located the credit card bill in her mailbox. Victim suspects her daughter.
