Deputies made contact with the victim; he stated between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM on Thursday October 24, 2019 an unknown suspect made entry into the listed location and stole the listed item.

 

02019018807,DWI (Felony)/Driving while license revoked/Stopped, standing, parked on roadway/10-23-2019

Location: Callejon Del Rita/ Rufina    Santa Fe County

Arrested: Jesus Alvidrez      Age: 41 Santa Fe, NM

Deputy made contact with vehicle parked in the middle of the roadway. SFST's were administered and  signs of impairment were observed. Driver had 5 previous DWI's, and a revoked license. Driver of vehicle refused breath test. Warrant was obtained for driver's blood. Driver's blood was drawn without incident. Driver was booked into ADC accordingly.

Sometime between October14 and 21unknown suspect broke a lock and entered a shed and took above items. Case is under investigation.

Location: US 84-285    Santa Fe County

Arrested: Robert Martinez       Age: 30   Espanola, NM

Deputies attempted to stop a gold in color truck after observing it driving recklessly on Tesuque Village Road. The truck refused to stop driving north on US 84/285 where a pursuit intervention strip was used to stop the vehicle. Martinez was arrested and charged accordingly

Victim reported to Deputy, unknown persons entered the home on October 19, 2019 between the hours of 10:00 am and 10:30 am and stole the listed items. Case is under investigation

Victim reported to Deputy that unknown persons forced entry into the home today between the hours 1:00pm and 8:00 pm and stole the listed type of items. Casae is under investigation.

Arrested: Isaias Jasso-Munoz age: 19

Charges: Two Santa Fe City Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear.

On 10-20-19 the above individual was found to have two active warrants for his arrest. He was rebooked accordingly without incident.

Charges: Two Santa Fe County Magistrate Court Warrants ( one for failing to pay fines, and one for failure to appear). Two Rio Arriba County Magistrate Court Warrants ( one for failure to pay and one for failure to appear)

On 10-20-19 contact was made with the above individual, during which it was determined he had four out standing warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia- Santa Fe

Arrested: Michael A. Chavez age: 41

Charges: Possession with intent to Distribute, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

On 10-20-19, the above individual was found in possession of several strips of suboxone, which had been altered into smaller strips, consistent with the sale of them. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Arrested: Jennifer Long 43 yoa male 

Subject was stopped for a traffic infraction and displayed signs of impairment. Subject submitted to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. She was arrested and refused testing. She was taken to the Santa Fe County Jail where she was booked.
