Deputies initiated a traffic stop with a vehicle after observing a traffic violation. Archuleta , the passenger was found to have two outstanding warrants issued for his arrest. Archuleta was transported to jail and booked accordingly.

On 10-09-19 the victim was at the above location in reference to a work assignment. While the victim was away from the vehicle a suspect entered the vehicle and stole a wallet, containing the above listed items. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Charge: Service of Documents Santa Fe Magistrate Court –Failure to comply with conditions of release

On 10-17-19, the above individual was found to have two active warrants for his arrest. Both warrants were issued out of Santa Fe County Magistrate Court for failing to comply with conditions of release. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center

Arrested: Adan Rivera     Age: 39    Albuquerque, NM

Deputies were dispatched to Interstate 25 mile 289 reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arriving and through their investigation, they found the driver of the crashed vehicle to be driving a vehicle while is license was revoked with the arrest clause attached. The driver was arrested and transported to jail.

Inmate battered suspect who is a correctional officer with SFC. Inmate was upset because he did not see the Dentist. Suspect was rebooked.

Above subject was stopped for speeding. During the traffic stop, Deputy detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his person.  SFST's were administered, where he showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested and agreed to submit to a chemical test. Subject blew a .15 and .14 BrAc. Subject booked accordingly.

Above subject called his step-mother threatening to go to her residence and shoot her. Suspect then showed up at the residence and was yelling and demanding to speak with the victim so he could strangle her as she was in fear of receiving immediate battery.  Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Stolen: Credit Card and Misc. paperwork 

On the above date victim reported that his vehicle was broken into, Victim stated that he parked his vehicle on Thursday October 10, 2019 at 7:00 pm in his driveway and on October 11, 2019 2019 at 7:00 am he went and found the inside of his vehicle ransacked. Victim stated the noticed his VA gas credit card missing from his vehicle. The credit card was canceled through the VA. No suspect information is pending at this time.
