Arrested: Jose Santivanez-Rios      Age: 34    Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a vehicle parked on the street playing loud music. Contact was made with the above subject which Deputies detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his person. SFST's were administered, which he showed signs of impairment.  Subject blew a .23 210/ml and was booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to location for a Domestic Disturbance. It was learned that suspect brandished a knife and told victim "she would kill him". Suspect head-butted victim in the mouth. Suspect was arrested.

Taken: silver utensils, 2 Gucci purses, check book, mac book pro, ipad, black leather bag ($36,200)

Sometime between 10am and 4pm an unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the residence by breaking the front window. The suspect(s) took the above items and left the area. Case is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to the victim who had passed away from several medical issues. No signs of foul play were observed.

Deputy responded to a motor vehicle crash at above location. Subject showed signs of impairment as being the driver. Subject was arrested and blew .11g/210L, .10g/210L.  In addition, above subject carried a firearm in a license liquor establishment.   Subject was booked accordingly.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop for vehicle unable to maintain lane for traffic.  Deputy detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from vehicle/person.  SFST's were administered, which subject showed signs of impairment.   Subject read NM implied Consent Advisory and agreed to a chemical test.  Subject blew a .12Brac, .11Brac. Subject booked accordingly.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on above subject  after being dispatched for a reckless driver call.  During the traffic stop, Deputy detected an odor of an intoxicating beverage, slurred speech and bloodshot watery eyes. SFST's were administered, but driver continued to interrupt. Subject was arrested and read the NM implied Consent Advisory and refused. Subject charged and booked accordingly.
