Victim reported to deputy, sometime between 9-2-2019 and 9-18-2019, unknown persons entered into the establishment and stole the listed items. Case is under investigation.

Charges: Santa Fe County Magistrate Court  warrant for failing to pay fines. Santa Fe Magistrate Court for Failure to Pay fines.

On 09-18-19 contact was made with the above individual at his residence. The individual had two active warrants for his arrest. The individual was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Arrested: Larry Manzanares  age: 42

Charges: Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Receiving/Transferring Stolen Property, Driving on a Suspended License, Improper display of registration, no insurance

On 09/18/19 a traffic stop was conducted on a red Toyota Corolla, which was displaying a license plate for a Chevy vehicle. Upon making contact with the driver it was learned the vehicle was not registered or insured. The driver was identified as Larry Manzanares, who was driving on a suspended license. Upon conducting an inventory of the vehicle, a firearm was located. The firearm was reported stolen out of Albuquerque NM. The driver was also found to be a convicted felon. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention  Center accordingly.

Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival a DWI investigation ensued. The driver was found to be driving while impaired. Driver was arrested and booked.

Location: 20 W. Gutierrez

Deputies were dispatched to the aforementioned location in reference to an Auto Burglary. Victim stated between 9/15/19 at 7PM and 9/16/19 at 7AM an unknown person entered his unlocked vehicle and took a checkbook and Oakley sunglasses

Victim and suspect got into an argument over him helping her unload groceries from their vehicle. Victim went into his bedroom during the argument to relax on the bed. Suspect went into the bedroom and said, “One more word and I’ll slit your throat”. Victim left the room because he was in fear of Suspect. Suspect stayed in the bedroom and cut the mattress. Suspect also poured bleach all over the mattress so Victim could not use it.
