Deputies were called to assist Pojoaque PD with a subject they stopped. Upon Deputies arrival a DWI investigation ensued. Signs of impairment were observed and she was booked into SFADC without incident.

Subjects were located at the above intersection and found to both have warrants issued for their arrest. Suspect 1 had 3 warrants issued by the Santa Fe Municipal Court and 1 warrant issued out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. Suspect #2 had 2 warrants issued by the Santa Fe Municipal Court. Both were arrested and booked without incident.

Subject was stopped after receiving a 911 phone call in reference to his driving. Upon contact with the vehicle, he was also observed failing to maintain a single lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and the male was found to be impaired. He was arrested and refused testing. He was booked into SFADC without incident.
